I noticed that I have some store credit again.
The first time I got some store credit, I figured it was because of a refund when the holiday bonus wasn't applied properly, so I used it on order 1368528.
But now I find I have some more credit.
Is this in error? Did I miss something like a money-back programme? Something else?

Actually, it appears that your store credit balance stems from the refund for order 1142531. Most of this has been used, but there is still a balance of $5.10.
