What is the proper format for the name of a Magic Weapon?

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

Has Paizo outlined anywhere what their "preferred" format is for a magic weapon name?

In example:

Large +1/+2 Flaming Burst, Undead Bane / Flaming Burst, Cold Iron Two-bladed sword

Having looked at some of their characters in the Adventure Paths, I have surmised so far:

Size - Enhancement Bonus - Special Properties - Weapon

I'm unsure where "Special Material" would go, but I'm guessing after "Special Properties".

I'm also unsure how a double weapon should be displayed. Should it be displayed as above, or as:

+1 Flaming Burst, Undead Bane / +1 Flaming Burst

As far as I know it is:
Size - Enhancement Bonus - Special Properties - Material - Weapon

Or for double weapons:
Size - Enhancement Bonus - Special Properties / Enhancement Bonus - Special Properties - Material - Weapon

You don't use comas in between special properties. Thus the above example should read:

"Large +1 Flaming Burst Undead Bane / +1 Flaming Burst Cold Iron Two-bladed sword"

Thanks for the note on commas, I usually use a few of them in weapon descriptions.

Why am I suddenly reminded of IUPAC naming conventions and 1st year chemistry? :)

Name the weapon whatever you want,

Intelligent weapons will tell you what to call them (hopefully it isn't master)

Petrus I think you are right
from now on
+1 is meth
+2 is eth
+3 is pro
+4 is bu

until someone gets sick of organic chemistry....
