Monk enhancement stacking

Rules Questions

I'm working on a level 20 monk build with 3.5 material allowed and I am bad at keeping track of stacking effects.

Let's say he is wearing a Psychoactive Skin of the Hero:

Has permanent Greater Magic Fang, and is wearing an Amulet of Mighty Fists that is giving a straight enhancement bonus rather than any special weapon abilities. Would these effects stack?

Amulet of the fist is an enhancement bonus, as is Greater Magic Fang, and as the description says, so is the psychoactive skin.

So the bonuses will not stack for attack rolls.

However the deflection bonus will stay (unless you have a ring of protection, then again only the higher bonus stays) as does the resistance bonus to save throws (cloak of resistance applies the same bonus type so if you have one it's one or the other).

However if your amulet of the mighty fist is +2 you will get the bonus to damage still, since the pscyhoactive skin only affects attack rolls and not damage rolls.

That's kind of what I was figuring, I was hoping for some kind of subtle rule magic I was missing. Thank you for clarifying.
