How do we upload a map?

I'm not seeing an option in the submission form, and I don't want to accidentally *not* submit my map.

PRESENTATION:

Use the Sample Location, Encounter, and Monster Format for your your entry. The subject line of the submission form should contain only the name of the Location. The body of the form should include only the complete Location and Encounter text in the appropriate format (this means the Location name will be included in the body as well). Mail your map to [e-mail]
