A witch makes a pact with another power for his/her magic. So a witch that makes a pact, with a demon, will be different to one that makes a pact with the fey.
So would it be possible to have feats/traits like Unseelie pact, or Demonic pact, that bring some atmosphere to the nature of the source of the witches magic.
For example
Trait: Dances with the devil in the pale moonlight. After consorting with devils the witch has learned skills of seduction if the witch makes a successful perform check the victim suffers -2 for will saves against the witches hexes or spells.

I like this idea, like it a lot, only suggestion would be to avoid the effect of the feat duplicating the mechanic of a hex. In your example it is just a lesser version of the evil eye.
I kinda threw that one off the top of my head.
Trait: Dances with the devil in the pale moonlight. After consorting with devils the witch has learned skills of seduction if the witch makes a successful perform check the witch gains +2 to enchantment spells against a target.
Feat: Touched by the great beyond. Eyes tinged with mind destroying madness of hearing whispers of what man should not know, the witch gains an extra roll for Guidance, +2 DC to Hypnotism, and an extra question when casting Augury. Once per session the whispers may distract the witch DC 16 save or act at -2 for all rolls for 1 round.

Nice, I shall try my hand:
Song of the Barrow: The song of the fey pervades everything the witch's essence. The witch gains immunity to Hideous Laughter and Irresistible dance, and cursed magic items which emulate their effect. The witch may also cast those spells with increased potency, +2 to save DC's and in the event of a successful save the subject is still affected by the spell for one round.

Thats good I love the Fey.
Ok something simple:
Trait: At one with the woods. Your live in the woods and nature has supplied you with many gifts, +1 to survival and +1 to handle animal, choose one to be a class skill.
