Well we were going to go to one of those clubs but decided to have a nice romantic dinner instead.
Happenstance any pie for dessert?
Nope...Chocolate Fondue with a Mojito!

Your man can devour a pair of triple baconators ... I'm sure he saved some room for ... pie.

They serve fondue, right? If it's what I'm thinking of, I think we have a pair of 'em here in Columbus ... and one is just a block north of ... a HPB...

<crafts sinister ideas in head>

It is. It is such a romantic and relaxing setting. All quiet and dim. And teh food is wonderful. :D

Strangly enough, I'm full. Which means there will be no pie eating. :/

So relaxed right now.

And the new baby sitter we tried was amazing. Both kids had a blast and she didn't complain that they ate alot. :)

Painting's done for now, but we held off on ripping the carpet at the moment. Which is good because while she was talking to her mom a little bit ago to check what time we should arrive in Cincy, I was taking a catnap on the couch...

The Exchange

I want a HPB here. I want to get great deals on old game stuffs too! :(

Do you think Koreans in France eat poodle? Or is that to gross for even them? :P

Don't know about the Koreans, but maybe some French would stuff food in them and eventually make poodle-liver pate.

And keep hungry poodles away from your Crown Vic.

Just told her about it....she was saying there was one down in Cincy and wondered if there was one here in Columbus. "Why yes dear, there is!" She falls into my trap! <inserts sinister laugh>

Tyche seems to be fascinated by the laptop. :D

[waves hand and does Jedi mind trick] This is not the drow you're looking for. Make room for pie.

...and tomorrow's the last of the coupon mailer sale promotion week where you can pick up a book for 50% off .... so that's like 75% off used from the original cover price.

The next big promotion should fall around Memorial Day weekend where everything is 20% off of books already half off.

Nirvana, I tell you! And not just for the gaming books ... I buy lots of diverse stuff.

Much to my woman's chagrin... o.O

There is room for only one President here. And that would be the one who is the original, the icon, the tower of power! The one who makes all the girls hollar like Jerry Clower! Wooooooooooo!

In other words, Me. ;)

Hunting, anyone?

Think I am almost ready to fall into a very nice sleep. Long time since I have been this relaxed.

Well, after I got back from lunch with the wife and picking up the boy's car from the auto service place, my sister brought my nephews over. We went to HPB and got them the Practical Guide for Dragon Riders. They made up halflings in Microlite and we were off to the city of Towers, where a wizard was hiring halflings to train as dragon riders for the city's security force. Braxillica, a female brass dragon, is their instructor. Damn, these wizards are loaded. I'd hate to be the people living in the sub-stories of the city.
Confessional: How many times have you stopped by HPB this week?

Oh, well... counting today? Four or five. I've kind of lost count.

Most newer game stuff has disappeared from the big one by today, with the big day tomorrow. But a new PH showed up today, and I'm half-tempted to get it tomorrow morning if it is still there. I guess the Dragon magazines with the inserts still there at a buck each were my most exciting find. I wish Dungeons were more common on the ground.

Where? What? When? How? Gamings stuff? Huh??? I wants to know!!!

Definitely on a jazz kick. Can't seem to turn the radio off.
