Alas I don't believe we met at Paizocon unless I have a horrible memory. Or maybe we did.Thanks, Jester. Things are going okay. Really glad I went to PaizoCon this year, because the way things are at work, it's probably going to be the bright spot of 2010. Well, aside from my wife and kids, of course...that goes without saying. I'm just hating my job (a lot), right now.It was great to meet you at PaizoCon. I hope the job situation improves.
It truly was great meeting Taig, Moorluck, and everyone else.
Unfortunatley, with my late arrival, my horrible hangover on Saturday morning (such a waste of good Con time), and running a game on Sunday morning, I didn't get to meet nearly as many of you folks as I would have liked.
Next year, assuming my Navy life allows for it, I intend to arrive on Thursday, attend the Eat & Greet, and spend a lot more time socializing.

Well there was a helluva lot going on. We think that missing the Meet and Eat kinda gimped our meeting everyone. Just too much going on once the festivities start.

Well the Meet and Eat was chaos. I missed a good number of people there.
We had a wind down dinner on Sunday maybe we should get more people to go to that :D Char had a lot of fun doing the underground tour with Timitius and a bunch of folks while I was suffering under the needle.
Clowns I don't mind. Dentists, on the other hand, I despise. I'm convinced my childhood dentist learned his craft during the Inquisition, and had been keeping himself alive by sucking the life-force out of healthy young teeth for centuires. When he finally died, they said it was a heart attack, but I think someone just go to him with a wooden stake.Dentist + Clown == All my childhood fears wrapped in one
Weird. I don't mind dentists ( and this is after dealing with military dentists for the first 30 years of my life), but I find clowns very disturbing. I don't understand why either. Maybe some kind of primal fear.

On Sunday I was broken... my brain was thoroughly trashed. I took a nap hoping to salvage the evening but it was no help. I think I went to bed around 9pm and slept like a rock.

-Family reunion. Good, even if whatever variety of humanism/existentialism I have doesn't mix well with the particular brand of Christianity most of that branch of the family has.
-Spent four hours to buy a car because there were no major rental places out here in Devils Lake.
Other than that, it was a good weekend.

What is it with trips to the upper midwest and car accidents? The same thing happened to me over Memorial Day weekend. Glad nobody was hurt. Buying a car in a hurry sucks.
