But when I was looking over the Inquisitor (Thinking of pulling one together to get a feel for the building of one.) I noticed under True Judgment it mentions that while it eliminates the bonuses of all your judgments, that the Slaying Judgment doesn't get reduced.
Is this supposed to reference the Smiting Judgment, or was the Slaying Judgment removed and this is now a bit of dead text?

It says that the "slayer judgment" doesn't get reduced. If you look at the previous ability, called "Slayer", it says that you can pick one of your judgments to be max bonus at first round. That chosen judgment would be your slayer judgment.
Basically, the True Judgment ability resets everything back to square one, however since your Slayer ability sets one chosen judgment to max at round one, it can stay at max.
The verbiage is simply there to quell any misinterpretations that might make one think that it's rule supersedes the other class abilities (in this case, it doesn't).
