I was looking at the vision hex and I find it kind lacking for game play. The witch receives a vision of a possible outcome that will come to pass within the year and the recipient cannot receive another such vision until it does. All well and good however the game mechanics cannot really support it. The party of adventurers are usually active doing various things, and of course the actions of players dictate what the character will do. Anyway my point is instead of having visions which may or may not be relevant to a party. I was thinking this Hex Should go along the Snow White theme. The witch can have a mirror and once per day pose a question and receive a cryptic answer but relevant to the question at hand kind of like the divination spell.
It doesnt only have to be a mirror, it could be a Harrow deck, Tea leaves, Runes....Depending on the culture of the people.

I do agree with what you mean, this hex has a good theory behind it, but gameplay wise offers very little.
I'd suggest that we make a table that offers either benevolent or malevolent effects 1/day.
For example
Table Based off of D100 dice.
01%-10% - Fatal Execration: Target of Vision is unable to stabalize when reduced to negative hit points for a numger of rounds equal to witch's Intelligence Modifier -1 (I.E. +4 Modifier for witch INT target cannot stabilize for 3 rounds).
11%-20% - Calamitous Jinx: Target of Vision suffers -4 to each of their first Attack, Save, Skill Check, and Ability Check for a 24 hour period.
21%-50% - Piteous Maledict: Target of Vision suffers -1 penalty to each lowest Ability Check, Skill Check, and Save for 24 hours (Tie for lowest goes by GM choice).
51%-80% - Auspicious Blessing: Target of Vision receives +1 bonus to each of their highest Ability Check, Save, and Skill Check for a 24 hour period. (Ties for highest goes to Target's choice).
81%-90% - Fortuitous Advantage: Target of Vision receives +4 bonus when making their first Attack, Ability Check, Save, and Skill Check for a 24 hour period.
91%-100% - Guardian Angel: If target of vision falls under the effect of a spell, ability, or attack that could potentially kill them, they instead fall to a negative equal to their Constitution score -1 and stable. (I.E. if a target with a 12 CON falls under an attack that deals 46 damage but their current hit points are 30, they instead fall to -11 and stable.)
