Re: snow - We still didn't get any this far south in the state (and aren't supposed to), but inland frost is still a danger. I guess the moisture for frost is just from the humidity.
I still have never seen snow in RL, just in pictures, on TV, and in movies.

Ya know, when I saw a black dot next to the "Pathfinder Novels by Ed Greenwood or Elaine Cunningham" thread, I was scratching my head as to what I posted there. I found a post from Oct 2008, one of the occasional posts when I de-lurked during my lurker phase. Anyway, I thought it was neat, even if I haven't been around since ought-three, like some of you. :)

Regarding CM, I've only read some of his short fiction, never a novel. He's one of those authors that I've had no particular urge to read, since I know he and I differ so widely and strongly. Looks like Pf will insure that I read more of him.

Started d20 campaign today. It ran ok but I need to work on my "game control" a bit. I think people liked the play and their characters.
Players are pretty sure that it is the rise of humanity's fourth interstellar empire campaign with psionics and a little arcane added but it is actually the return of the "alien intelligences" (tentacled old gods) campaign and they have just set up to work as adventurers salvaging gear for the guy who will be the new high priest of one of the returning "intelligences". :)

It was fun, and exciting as it was MY store. We gave away gift bags and lil goodies. And we are having a drawing on Monday for a Valentine's Day $500 shopping spree. :D
