Cube steak, stuffing, greenbeans, rolls, and these perogie things that my roommate bought, potatoes and cheese in a little ravioli pocket thing. Good stuff all in all.
After lunch I need to go about making the rounds on the phone :P

Going to get in the kitchen and try to hunt up something for dinner. Since we were goingt to be at the hubby's mom's I am ill prepared. Steaks maybe?
Christmas dinner involved portuguese Sopas (Soap-age), basically pot roast, and chicken fried deer tenderloin.

I liked that movie, saw it with some family a few weeks back. Maybe could do it with Witch?

How was the rest of your day Taig?
We had a nice day. We opened all our presents, and my wife ended up cooking some more stuff for the meal today. Then we picked up her brother and brought him over to my in-laws place. My mother-in-law was in Tennessee to see her grandmother and my father-in-law stayed home because some friends of his were visiting (it seemed very odd to me). We stayed there until 5:30. Then we drove back and played a card game when we got home.
All in all, a good Christmas.

It did. My father in law is HOME! They were able to come home at about 2pm. We will be going over tomorrow. He is ready to see the kids. He is especially fond of Arden, she likes to ride the tractor with him. Dinner was meh, but not bad. Tomorrow will be much better. My mother in law cooks when she is stressed. I imagine there is a ton of good home cooking!
We played Battleship and watched the X Men dvd they got from Santa and they are now playing quietly before bed.

All the snow melted in Dallas. Bummer.Half my snow melted, then refroze in an interesting and treacherous form. The Innuit would call it "Nuk" which translates as "Slippery-ass snow that likes to cave in and bite your shins at inoportune moments."
That's the fun snow. When I was a kit (and thus half my current weight), by stepping lightly I could walk on top of that stuff without falling through. It was always like a fun game.
