The Exchange

I am going home for the day. As such I will take this brief moment to wish you all a very Merry Christmas.

And just for the record I have been to a psychiatrist and he said," Please take this with a grain of salt because most of the people I meet need a lot of help but you are the most sane person I have had the pleasure to meet." Brightened my day. I think however I have lost a few sanity points since then and he would not be so quick to say the same thing now.

I need to find others who have Wii games to play over the Internet.

Heyzues, I didn't know it was your birthday. As a treat you can skip the leaves today.

Mithras is p-o'ed that he's not getting his due props.

Mithras wants his birthday back.

Who's Mithras? :D

Christmas feast accomplished and demolished. :)
Roast goose, stuffing, roasted potatoes and rutabagas, steamed asparagus, julbrod, plum pudding, and some sherbet punch. All very delicious. :)
Now wild excited about Christmas kid is in the bath and will shortly be in bed.
Going to put his presents under the tree and watch the Lion in Winter. My favorite Christmas movie. Overall a reasonably good Christmas Eve. Apparantly all the drama is storing up and waiting to pounce on me tomorrow.

Good evening to everyone from the Commonwealth of Kentucky!

wrap up:

1. I checked two bags in at the airport but the one with the Christmas presents (not to mention all my toiletry articles...) I was giving to my family got sent to a DIFFERENT destination. :(

2. The US Airways guy at the Lexington airport was very nice and traced it to Jacksonville and it was both flown back and delivered to my sister's house (where I am staying) easily in time for evening present opening. My regards to US Airways on a quick turn around of the problem. :)

3. Went to the movies with my sister and her boys. We watched Avatar and I thought it was cool. My nephews are playing the Avatar game they got for christmas as I type this. The present is the mainreason we made a point to see the movie today.

4. Their latest dog, Jordan (a NOT full-blooded jack russell terrier), is awesome. It was quite comical watching him spar with the sweeper as my brother in law cleaned up from the floor the remaining bits of the stuffed toy it had been given for a Christmas present. :)

5. Naturally, I received many Christmas presents related to the University of Kentucky. Our entire family is a fan of the sports programs.

Important Note: The trip through the airports was pretty good. There were lots of women and (practically) all of them were wearing boots. :)
