I know that a while ago, James mentioned that there was an Anti-paladin in the offing. I could have sworn it was in the APG.

Is this still in the works? For which book if not APG?

The Anti-paladin (CE Paladin) and Templar (neither LG or CE paladin) are supposed to be class variants of the Paladin class, and not a new base class. Therefore, they're not part of the playtest. Neither are any other class variants in the book.
