resiliency seems pretty weak, especially compared to healing. DR/magic isn't that hard to overcome, since magic weapons start showing up by 2nd level, and even at first level, it's not too hard to have a scroll/spell/oil of magic weapon on hand. How about making the DR be alignment at 1st level and /- at 10th?
Smiting also seems weak, for similar reaons. It's not too hard to have a magic weapon, even at low levels, so an ability that lets you ignore DR/magic isn't that strong. When you also factor in that the first round gives no benefit, I have a hard time seeing this one getting a lot of use. How about instead letting this judgement allow the inquisitor to ingore points of DR of any type except DR/-, 2 points the first round, 3 the 2nd, and 4 on the 3rd and later rounds. (this makes it better than the destruction judgement when dealing with DR). At 10th level these could double, and also affect DR/- at the undoubled amounts?
The rest of them all seem good, and cover all of the bases. Some will get used more than others, but the ability to pick which you want each time, and even switch will let some of the more situational ones count.
