Seems a bit insane that the party will have to do (325 + 152) points of damage to take this guy out due to Life Bond. OTOH he doesn't do a huge amount of damage...a good chance the party (a virtual army) will meet him tonight.
I think that the CR is off, any other questions or if you notice other mistakes, let me know...
thanks
Hawk Of May.
p.s.
Looking at spells, I noticed he can't cast 5 level summoner spells due to a 14 charisma...
Edit: Took W Sepulcher's advice, large Morning Star and corrected damage.

check the morningstar for your giant, it should be adjusted for large sized, therefore it should be doing 2d6 base damage instead of d8... unless you really do want an undersized morningstar for the giant summoner, and if that's case, I think you may have to adjust then for using a too small of a weapon depending upon the rules for weapon sizes.

Yes, I've been really scrimping on the magic rewards for the party...so I figured I needed to provide some goodies to them. I did choose a normal sized weapon on purpose.

Also, should he be doing more damage per hit due to the strength of 28? I'm calculating more of +10 damage with the morningstar, and +9 with his hands... unless I'm calculating the strength bonus wrongly from memory.
edit: nice of ya to give them a weapon their size... though c'mon make it large sized, all the more incentive for the fighter to try and use something offsized, that or make them drag it to town as loot, it only weighs... then again, I'm meaner as a gm that way. ;-)
