Will the new base classes be added to the SRD once the book is finalised?

If you are referring to d20pfsrd.com, the answer is yes. In fact, the playtest versions of the Cavalier and Oracle are already posted. The other playtest classes will be added two weeks after Paizo releases them by request from Jason.

If you are referring to the Paizo PRD, I assume they will be added there as well once the Advanced Player's Guide is released (but don't quote me as I'm not 100% certain on that).

I suspect all of the APG contents will go into the PRD.
