Forgive what is probably a very stupid question, but if I buy my Eidolon with Weapon Training and I buy Slam do I get my weapon attack and a slam?
For example BaB +6/1 with a Short Sword in hand
Can I attack 2x with my SS and Slam?
If I have Two Weapon fighting does anything change?
Thanks for any help.

As with any other creature with natural and manufactured attacks, you can only use natural attacks that do not coincide with the limb used to make a manufactured attack. In other words, if you have an Eidolon with 2 arms, a slam, and a longsword wielded in one hand, the Eidolon could do full iterative attacks with its longsword then tack on a slam at the end. If, on the other hand, the same Eidolon had a greatsword instead of a longsword, it would have to choose between the greatsword or the slam attack. If it had 4 arms, it could slam even while using the greatsword.

Maeloke wrote:Can you actually slam twice with arms and only one instance of the slam evolution? No, you're reading it right. Slam is only once per set of arms. I don't believe you need both arms "free" to attack with it, though (bralani azatas sure don't!)
Then it gets weird though, because most of the genie races can do either the +15/+10 diminishing melee bonus, or get 2 slams. And the bigger elementals too, the cheeky buggers. Is it some sort of weird embedded size thing I just haven't found the rules for? 'Cause I really have to know. 2 x limbs (arms) and 4 x slam sounds like a really awesome melee suite, but I don't want to get too excited.

I am a little thrown off by the slam as well. I could not find anything that in the Pathfinder Bestiary that clearly defined how slam works compared with other natural attacks or manufactured weapons.
That's because slam is the catch-all natural attack. It's the natural attack used by creatures who don't have any of the other natural attack types, beings as diverse as oozes to humanoids.

That seems to muddy the waters even more seeing as to have a slam attack the eidolon MUST have arms. It sounds both Maeloke and I are both a little confused about whether or not eidolons receive one slam attack for each arm. If slam is the default for creatures without arms then it seems to reason both arms are not needed for a slam attack.
Perhaps my thinking is incorrect however...

Based on the evolution description, you get 1 slam attack per pair of arms. I.e. You can't put 2 slam attacks on 1 set of arms( which would be the case if it were a per arm attack ).
