#1264992 Shipping Date and Tracking

Hey, I don't know what happened but I'm a little confused. Yesterday when I looked at the shipping of my Bestiary order it showed that it had shipped on Tuesday (the day I received access to my PDF), now it shows that it shipped out on Wednesday...

I'm not sure if this is a system error, just a slow down at the post office, or if the Tuesday date was wrong.

I was also wondering if it would be possible to get the tracking/delivery confirmation number for my package?

Your Bestiary will have shipped at some point between these two dates, actually. The initial date (10/13) was when we "shipped" your subscription shipment within our system (i.e. charged your card and granted access to the PDF). The second date is the date by which we expect your book to have been shipped.

The reason for the inexactitude is that we process all of the subscription shipments in large batches, which generally take a matter of days to get shipped out.

Your book shipped out via USPS Priority mail, which should arrive within 2 to 5 business days. It is, unfortunately, not a trackable shipping method, however.
