Mountain swing s his mace at the slicer. Attack vs AC 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (13) + 16 = 29, damage = 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11

Flint darts and tumbles over to the cultish to take advantage of her distraction stabbing at her with his Dagger opening a serious wound but not quite blooding her. (Don’t forget to Take 5HP damage from beginning you turn in the slicers aura.)

Damm I wasn't paying attention, the slicer has special effects when it gets a critical.

Malick dosn't take normal crit damage but takes 4d8 + 22 ⇒ (3, 3, 6, 8) + 22 = 42 damage instead.
The critical hit also causes the slicer to daze it's self.

Typhus takes advantage of the slicers dazed condition and blows of one of it's blades.

Xabulba, the cultist needs to roll a second save and take the lower result. (And still takes the 5 ongoing damage at the start of her turn as well, but you may have already gotten that.)

Uh, Resistive Formula gives out temporary HP instead of the actual kind. Unless Mountain used it before Malick actually went down, he's still down, just with something extremely similar to a positive HP. If Malick went down before getting the temp. HP, I'm going to use my Curative Admixture on Malick instead. EDIT: Of course, if Malick never actually went down, I'm still healing Flint instead of him.

The slicer sparks and smokes and almost falls but dosn't go down under Typhus' attack.

Ferdinand hit the archer but in retaliation the archer steps back and losses an arrow at Ferdinand.

Ferdinand used a healing Infusion on you. You gain HPs equal to one HS+4. The infusion brings you up to zero HP then you add the HPs but you don't actually use one of your healing surges you just add the HPs.


Flint invigorated by the healing infusion runs past the slicer slicing with his own daggers and opening a wide hole in it's armor plating. Flint then goes on to take cover behind some barrels.

The slicer slices at Mountain, attack vs AC 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (18) + 14 = 32, damage = 2d8 + 6 ⇒ (1, 4) + 6 = 11

Damage: Oooh. Sweet. Crit. 30hp damage to Archer 1. If he's on full hp, he takes an additional 2d6 ⇒ (6, 1) = 7 from the Challenge seeking weapon. Otherwise nothing for a crit - told you it was a dumb choice for Malick.

Malick and Mountain, mostly Malick, reduce the undamaged archer to bloodied state.

In desperation the archer slides out of the corner he got boxed into and fires a retalatory attack against both Mountain and Malick. Malick would get an OA on the archer but Mountain already took an OA.
Malick, attack vs ac 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (13) + 19 = 32, damage = 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Mountain, attack vs ac 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (9) + 19 = 28, misses.

Typhus reduces the last slicer to a pile of glowing metal fragments.

Malick's figures are wrong for the OA. He attacks at +16 and does 1d10+10 damage. He'll only hit if 29 makes AC, but he'll do 5 more damage than he did if it does.

29 hits the archers AC. The archer take 5 more HP damage.

Maybe it's been too long since you posted this... Do those barrels provide cover to anything on the other side? Can they be readily crossed (and if so are they difficult terrain)? Sorry if you already explained all this...

They count as rough terrain, 2mps to enter or cross, and provide partial cover, -2 to ranged attacks.

The Archers glowing red eyes lock on Malick's, "The unchosen must be made to obey, so the Queen commands. Failing her is worse than death."

Malick still gets an OA on the archer.

Rennik's illusion isn't strong enoughto make the archer belive its real.

Move 8 squares to E5(Razorclaw Shifting), Guarded Attack(Dagger) with CA, 1d20+18=26 vs WA1 AC, 2d4+9+3d8+4=31 damage and if the target makes a melee attack against Flint before the start of your next turn, Flint can make a secondary attack against it as an immediate interrupt.


Flint darts in behind the archer and neatly dispatches it. Its lifeless body falls to the floor like a broken toy.

Congrats people you have now reached level 12 with 32,461xp.

The warehouse is partially filled with barrels that emit the same foul odor as the slaad tank back in the laboratory you just left.

You can also see a pile of supplies underneath the table by the doors.
You hear the gasping of the elf as she tries to stanch the blood loss from her deep wounds.
You hear a strong wind blowing outside the doors causing the entire warehouse to creak.
You also hear the sounds of an army marching away.
