Post 2001
There are two hobgoblins on the north ramp and one on the south. You have approached from the south but can attempt to take either ramp. Amanda is hugging the wall and moving toward the south ramp.
Ewald's arrows are scraping the hobgoblin on the north ramp.
Init: Galadar, Eria, Amanda, Ewald, and, one can safely bet, Liandra all act before the hobgoblins. Most of you have used that to swim which will put you near the ramps and nearly ready to engage in melee.
The hobgoblins throw their javelins at the swimmers:
Attacking Eria: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 271d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Attacking Amanda: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 191d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Attacking Galadar: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 101d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
I'm assuming Liandra uses her turn to swim. If she uses it for something else, she can let me know.
I believe Eria and Amanda have been hit. Blood in the water.
Ewald Salodar
If you have water breathing up why were you swimming on top off the water. Walking along the bottom would have made more sense and would have kept you in total concealment.
Ewalds target throws his javelin which provokes an AoO from Alarin
Bite1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13 damage 1d4 ⇒ 2
Round 2
Ewald lets go with another 2 shots at the Hobgoblin his skill allowing him to place the shots precisly past his companion.
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19 damage 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13 miss
Alarin slashes at the creature with beak and claw
Bite1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14 damage 1d4 ⇒ 2
Talon#1 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7 damage 1d4 ⇒ 4
Talon#2 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9 damage 1d4 ⇒ 4

No idea if the ramp went all the way to the bottom. Also would probably take longer.
(Assuming she reaches the ramp) Eria transforms her fist's into wood and attacks the nearest Hobgoblin
Attack
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Damage
1d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

As she stated earlier, breathing is not what bothers her. Staying on top made sense. Besides, with only a head above water, she still has partial concealment.
Amanda makes a show of being hit and struggling through despite her obviously grievous wound, but continues to move until she's close enough to the ramp to push off the water and 'dead man float' the rest of the way. I believe she should reach the ramp this round. When her forward movement is arrested, she will remain still, hopefully letting them think she's unconscious.
Tarren:
Will save 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Failing this should probably entail a penalty to the bluff check. Your call.
Also, she has DR 2/bludgeoning, so I have recorded 7 points of damage.
Bluff check 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (11) + 15 = 26

The hobgoblins take their flails and bash at those closest to them, Alarin and Eria.
Attack vs. Alarin:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 181d8 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Attack vs. Eria:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 211d8 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
The ramps are only 5' wide so more than one person on them fighting the hobgoblins at a time would require swimming past and climbing up the wall and coming down the ramp to flank.
Amanda Veiled
Amanda will raise up out of the water and cast Charm Person on the single hobgoblin on her side of the cavern. Will DC 15 negates
I think Eria's on this ramp - is that correct? Going with that assumption:
"Eria, don't press your attack. I've tried to let him know we are friendly, but if you attack, it will be for naught."

There are two hobgoblins on the north ramp. Alarin would be attacking the hobgoblin on the north ramp as that would be the easiest to target with arrows from outside the cave as you approached from the south and so would be one that Ewald is attacking. (The cave is rounded so that attacking the south ramp from the south would provide partial cover from arrows.)
Eria was hugging the south wall, so she is attacking the hobgoblin on the south.
So, 1 on the south with Eria.
And, 2 on the north with Alarin and arrows from Ewald.
Who is going where?
Ewald Salodar
Ewald calls Alarin back and the Eagle withdraws after the heavy blow. The Ranger sights down on the Hobgoblin and unleashes a further two arrows at him. Both off which miss.
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Withdrawal action for Alarin so as not to provoke an AoO

The swimmers are all at their destinations.
South Ramp: Eria and Amanda; one hobgoblin
The hobgoblin facing Eria relaxes a bit and lets out a nervous chuckle as if attacking allies is something he tries not to do but occassionally does. He is charmed.
North Ramp: Liandra, Galadar; two hobgoblins
The hobgoblin closest to where the ramp enters the water on the North Ramp holds his flail high wiating to bring it down on the first person to try exiting the water.
Cave entrance: Ewald & Alarin

Excellent!
In a low voice, Amanda will whisper to Eria, "Can you slip past him and help the others? I will take care of this one..."
Amanda will speak to the hobgoblin in a harsh, demanding language Infernal while making hand gestures to indicate her meaning. She's instructing him to move up the ramp toward the entrance with her, probably following Eria as she moves from one side to the other. I assume he doesn't know the language - she just wants it to sound commanding and not like a human. They will move to the entrance to watch for any more exiting as well as hopefully giving her a chance to see what surprises might await when they try to enter.
Diplomacy to communicate nonverbally 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (19) + 12 = 31

The ramp runs up the south side of the cave, across in front of the great doors, and down the north side. Moving this way will take some time.
The hobgoblin seems to understand Amanda's instructions and begins moving up the ramp.

Drawing my kukris, I eye the two hobgoblins and then rush at the one preparing to strike, as if charging. At the last minute, I dive to the right, to tumble past him, and then back to my feet, before attacking, setting myself and Liandra up for a flank attack. The water in my boots makes me slightly less graceful than normal.
Acrobatics to tumble around and behind the hobgoblin: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (4) + 13 = 17
Once in position, I hold my attack until Liandra moves in to give me a flanking bonus. Once she moves into position, if she does...
Attack: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 10 + 2 = 18
Potential Damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Sneak Attack Damage: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 4) = 6

As Galadar tumbles past the target, Liandra moves in, her motions taking advantage of the distraction to strike.

1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
2d6 + 1 ⇒ (2, 4) + 1 = 7
A wicked grin crosses her face as the bite of her blade draws the enemy's attention, setting up a Galaladar's strike.

Going for the tumble was a fairly safe bet with bonuses like that, but you did not make it. The hobgoblin gets an AoO, which it will follow with his attack.

1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 231d8 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Although Galadar takes a hit and misses in his counterattack, Ewald and Liandra take advantage of his bravery and finish off the hobgoblin. The other one, slightly further up the ramp, is unflanked. He sees what is happening and takes a swing at Galadar.
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 221d8 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8

Sorry. Part of the reason I skipped Liandra is because she and Galadar are no longer flanking. There's only room for single file on the ledge. Galadar rolled past one hobgoblin, which was then dispatched. This hobgoblin is on the other side. (Yes. I know maps would help but I simply don't have the time.)
Oh ok Edit
Frustrated with the lack of room Liandra stashes her Khukri whipping her crossbow forward from the strap slung over her shoulder to fire at the creature.
"Over here you dumb bastard or are you afraid to face a woman?"

Okay. Sorry for the delay. Liandra and Galadar have both hit the hobgoblin, doing 14 points of damage. Ewald is in the water and Eria and Amanda are circling around the large cave to the great doors at the back.
The hobgoblin with Amanda and Eria sees his comrade in combat and begins to run. He gestures that his new friends Amanda and Eria should try to keep up.
The other hobgoblin has just struck Galadar with his flail. I think Liandra and Galadar will get a crack at him before he gets another shot. (Is Galadar still standing?)
Amanda Veiled
Sighing, Amanda changes plans. It never quite works right - I wanted him to be a friend to us, not have him think I was a friend to his friends...
Before she takes off, Amanda tells the druid, "Eria, unless you have a different idea, I'm going to make the slope slick by the other hobgoblin. Tell the others so they don't try to come up-slope just yet, would you?"
Here's the plan: Amanda will hustle after her "friend", stopping when she's within 40' of his compatriot fighting Galadar and Liandra. At that point, she will cast Grease on the slope (the area is a 10' by 10' square, so she's intentionally wasting half of it over the water) so that the square occupied by Galadar's foe and the square upslope from him are greased. I'm envisioning the running hobgoblin falling and taking out his friend at the knees... What I don't know is what that means for Galadar and Liandra, but Amanda's not thinking of that right now.
Grease description for reference, Reflex DC 15:
Tarren the Dungeon Master
If Galadar is stepping back, Liandra can get in there.
Amanda, Eria, and their friend meet the top of the ramp. The ramp becomes a path that curls into another chamber. To reach the ramp going down the other side, they'll need to climb across on the huge doors. The doors seem to be made from an ancient ship and are covered in enough barnacles and sea-life that you can climb across with a DC 10 climb check. ... or, you could see what's in the other room and separate the party.
At the top of the ramp is some kind of seigecraft catapult device that would be able to attack ships entering this area.
Amanda Veiled
Oh, new opportunity!!!
Amanda looks at the hobgoblin on the doors and looks over at her friends fighting his ally. Too good to pass up. She casts Grease on the doors as the hobgoblin crosses, hoping to at least drop him into the water. Once he's down (or across), she will dispel the spell and try to judge if she can help the others or not.
How far are we from the combatants at this point?
Tarren the Dungeon Master
The hobgoblin crossing the wall will make a climb check.
I'll give it a DC of 20 -- the original 10 + 10 for Grease
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
The hobgoblin slips into the water and starts to sputter. He reaches out to Eria and Amanda for help with one hand, while slapping the other against the water to keep himself from sinking.
Tarren the Dungeon Master
As Galadar steps back, Lianda drops her crossbow, khukri blossoming in her hands as she dashes forward the 5ft to the hobgoblin.
