Order 1220461: Pathfinder 25 - Spine broken (again)

As I have not received an answer to my email sent last Thursday I'll try it again via this message boards:

Unfortunately I have to inform you that the spine on my copy of Pathfinder 25 also broke (exactly the same problem I had with Pathfinder 24). Did you change something in the printing process or is it just my bad luck?

Anyways is it possible to receive a replacement copy of Pathfinder 25? If necessary I can provide you with a picture to prove the broken spine.
