(And yeah, I'm aware it is 2:27am here and am not expecting stuff to get processed instantaneously so no worries on that front.)

Hi Elorebaen!
First off - it's probably perfect bound softcover, though after layout if its HUUUUGE, I'll go hardcover with it.
Secondly - You don't need to specify your edition. First in October you get PDFs of both OGL 3.5 and PFRPG compatible (potentially more systems too, but not if it delays you getting your hands on the PDF, in that case you'll get other systems as the conversions trickle in). Then when the printed versions are ready for shipping I email everyone who pre-ordered and figure out what copy you want (this way you get to see the PDFs first and then figure out which one you want to). Then it ships to you! Hope that makes sense. :-)
Finally- Your card gets charged when you pre-order.

I am flying across the entire country and the Pacific (to Hawai'i) today so there won't be any Preview posts on the blog until Saturday.
