Hiya. :D
Speaking of pizza, here's the recipe I use with a few alterations:

- I swap out 1-1/2 tbsp honey for the 1 tbsp sugar in the dough
- I usually use 2/3 all-purpose flour and 1/3 whole wheat flour for the dough. After the initial 30-minute rise, I try to refrigerate it overnight for a more complex flavor.
- In the sauce recipe, I usually add a good pinch of pepperoncini and 1/4 tsp or so of smoked paprika. I usually allow the sauce to sit in the fridge at least 30min to improve the flavors.
- I pre-bake the bare pizza crust for 4-5 minutes, then pull it out and add toppings, then return to oven for rest of baking.
- I usually sprinkle fresh grated parmesan on the pre-baked crust, then thinly sliced mozzarella. Then I add the sauce and toppings and add a little more shredded mozzarella. The thin layer of cheese between crust and sauce keeps the crust crunchier.
