How'd you guys do in the snow department down there?

We got about 6 inches of snow, then some freezing rain overnight to put a nice glaze on top.

I saw that they're expecting at least 20 inches of snow out your way.

A 1984 DnD Basic adventure. Probably one of the most enjoyable one from that era I ever played, not counting the Giant's series. I especialy enjoy the wines you find in the old temple. I have a bunch of old stuff and I enjoy bringing it out every once and a while. The old Under Illfarn mini campaign has been used to no end in my home games for years. :)

The Exchange

Very cool thank you both.

The Exchange

Hmmm. Having altered the story of B7 to accomodate my campaign, I need some suggestions for magic effects for the 3 different types of wine that will be found. I know one of them will cause elves to.... uhm... "go into full bloom", if you catch my drift. But what should I do with the other 2?

The Exchange

one and Upper --- and one a downer?

RPG Superstar 2012

Um, one that gives the drinker fiery breath, but he has to make a Fort save to keep from belching and setting things on fire. :)

I figure each one should have both a positive and a negative effect, and since I'm a bastard they will be No-Save effects.

For example:

The champagne in question when drank by elves, grants a +2 CON and a +4 CHA, but drops the drinkers wisdom by 4. It also acts as a Suggestion for the drinker to "Frolic", indulging in their most taboo desires. The effects of the spirits last for 2d10 hours.

Mornin' David. How are you and yours today?

We are doing okay. We had to fight to get the older three to clean their room, but it's done now.

And now we are having to fight with the oldest to keep him from pouring hot water on his tuba to unfreeze the valves. It's going to be a long two weeks.

I should be. There's not too much going on this weekend.

Morning, folks. As the family members did not hearken unto my voice and buy tickets online nor did they hurry with the speed in which I instructed them, we went to Avatar last night and SOLD OUT greeted us. So it looks like we'll go tomorrow.

Wife made Bavarian cream pastry this morning for breakfast. It's far from my favorite, but it sure makes a difference coming hot out of the oven. Goes great with reindeer fuel.

~looks at the clock~ Good morning! It is 11:41 am. How are you doing?

Hopefully your family will recognize your tactical acumen and you will get to see Avatar today. :)

I am the voice, crying in the wilderness!

Oh well. I'm off with daughter to collect cake and some last minute Xmas items. We're having Christmas tomorrow. I have let the requisite family members know this early Xmas better not happen again. I will make an exception this one year out of mercy, but from now on, I will be the scourge of calendar infractions!

Pretty good. I am about to head out in about 30 minutes, so that means get done what I can before then. You all take care and have a great day!

Sucks about the movie. The breakfast sounds delicious though! We had blueberry pancakes. :D

Enjoy your respective days out, Mairkurion and Sharoth!

Hubby wouldn't mind doing Christmas early. He gets so excited about the gifts and just wants us all to open them. :)
