It'll be a huge step up. 8 Gig of Ram, nearly 2 TB of storage space, Dual band wireless N networking as opposed to G (and being near the arse of it).
Oh, forgot to mention, I got some new DVDs while I was out food shopping today; Animal House (Double Secret Probabtion Edition) & Tommy Boy (Holy Schnike Edition).
I loves me some Chris Farley. Beverly Hills Ninja was his best flick!

Sometimes I wonder if there's more activity happening than I'm actually seeing. I've been FB resistant thus far. And everyone can't be either camping or living up the party on a Friday in RL. Got to budget for gaming gear you know. ;)
