I sent Wanky over there...does he make it better or worse. (Or, if you're Buddhist, both or neither?)
The now-closed, CourtFool-sponsored thread making fun of the Eat your Meat thread. It was pretty funny that KaeYoss made a post and then was able to delete it before Gary locked it: I guess KY genuinely didn't get the "humor" (English-dependent?) at first and was genuinely confused.

Back from the Doc part 2. Oxygen levels are low, this hospital, gave me new antibiotics, and seemed to give a little more of a shyte. Bronchitus, from having the flu is still the verdict, but now they want me to miss even more work.... which is sadly not an option. BTW, has anyone ver had a flu test? WTH! That hurt.... ALOT.
Damn. Really really hoping it works.
I have been stabed, shot, lit on fire, had my neck fractured, and beaten...
In a doctor's office?! Bring a gun next time.

Argh, now I'm hungry too.
I am so sick of celery right now.

So far in life, I've been lucky and never had to diet. From highschool until just recently I weighted all of about 120 lbs. Since I stopped smoking in 2005 (Sunday, April 10th to be precise, at about 10:32 am) I've put on about 27 lbs, give or take a pound or two.
I still try to run in the park periodically, to help stay in shape.

Well my chipolte honey glaze went over like a cat at a dog convention. Back to the drawing board.
I bet the badgers would love it though. Serve Pecan Sandies for dessert too and you'd have a very happy badger horde at your command.
Ambrosia, good luck with NaNoWriMo. I hope you got a lot done today. :)
So far so good. I've got no over-arcing plot, thin characters, and the scenes are jumping around like Dali and Gilliam on acid. My only real goals are to churn out the pages and get my brain in the habit of writing on command.
I will need to burn this when I'm done.

Hey, is anybody around? I'm trying to help a friend find a movie she saw on TV years ago, in B&W, in English, in which aliens come to Earth on the verge of detente between the US and USSR. She remembers that the aliens expressed disappointment in the Russians, whom they had hoped would turn out to be real warriors. It sounds to familiar to me, but I'm not remembering it. I figured someone here would.Sounds like a Twilight Zone or Outer Limits episode I once saw.
You do all realize that Teter is probably planning some kind of horrible revenge against anyone who regularly participates in this thread? Why he...

{starts writing letters to Congress-critters to require mandatory 7-day waiting period and background check before the purchase of aardvarks}
Hmmm....
{starts writing letters to Howard Hughes Research Institute to require testing of aardvarks as weapons against zombie hordes}

You laugh now, but just you wait. I caught a glimpse of his plans for you, and I've got just one word - "Platypus".

I think that a +5 axiomatic evil outsider bane heavy crossbow uld be a geat weapon for hunting slaad, or post monsers.
Hey! You wound me sir. I bet you're gonna use circus peanut tips on those bolts too?
I'm not sure you can legally hunt us anyway. Paizo had most of us whacked to make habitat for those kiss-up Proteans, so us survivors are on the Endangered Species list.

And Starbuck, Athena, the Sixes, and the Threes are all lesbians this time around.
What?

Some prayers for Natasha, my fiancee, would be appreciated -- she feels ghastly and they're having a hard time figuring out why. =(
Wow, CB, that really sucks. Here's hoping they have a Dr. House on call.
Maybe the Great Teter is cursing us all and our loved ones for this thread?

Apparently I'm not sick of celery after all. Now I'm imagining it batter-fried in tempura with real wasabi on the side for dipping.
I must be having food hallucinations now. Thank goodness I haven't given up diet soda too or I'd really gO cRaZy...

How did I miss this? I somehow think that I know Carnivorous Bean better than I actually do. Maybe it's his friendly green appearance. I will see to your request, please keep us updated on Natasha's condition. (I always loved that name.)
