Dear Paizo,

I'm sure things are quite hectic right now with the release of PFRPG, but I have a small issue I need to let you know about. I have not received the last two (2) shipments of my Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription.
The first was Paizo Order #1212056: "Pathfinder Adventure Path #24: "The Final Wish" (Legacy of Fire 6 of 6)", which, according to my Order screen, says it was shipped on 7/30. That was over two weeks ago.
The second was Paizo Order #1219582: "Pathfinder Adventure Path #25: The Bastards of Erebus (Council of Thieves 1 of 6)", which was shipped 8/11. Now I know this was only three (3) business days ago, so I'm not too concerned with it. It's just that since I'm reporting issues with one, I just thought it best to alert you to both, what with the Pathfinder Core Rulebook's recent release and the ensuing chaos it surely brought with it.
Thank you for listening and I hope to be reading both books very soon. Keep up the high quality work; it IS much appreciated.

Today is business day 12 for the 7/30 shipment, what is the shipping time labeled on your My subscriptions Tab?

I've set a replacement order for Pathfinder #24 to ship with your next subscription shipment. If your order arrives before this shipment goes out, please let us know so we may cancel the replacement.

Your order for Pathfinder #25 should still be on its way to you.

Thank you. I checked and the address info on file is still accurate. It must have just gotten lost; it happens. Again, thanks for the prompt response.

The delivery method for my subscriptions is the standard method; 4 to 8 business days. As you said, this is day 12. Time to let people know, I think. But Paizo's customer service in these matters has always been top-knotch. Just one of the reasons I'm still a subscriber.

Well, I received Pathfinder 25 on Friday, but still no #24. I'll give it another week or two. Thanks again.

The replacement will be put in with your next subscription shipment. Your Pathfinder #25 was already on it's way when the replacement was created, so your Pathfinder #24 replacement will be going with your Pathfinder #26.
