WOW I must really like this company.

I was just checking a few things out and have discovered that I might be a little dumb. I live in Canada and preordered the PFRPG back in May. Sure I got the subscriber 15% off. However now that it has been shipped I find that with the shipping and exchange rate and such I am paying 76+ dollars for the book and an additional 10+ for the PDF. Now I understand that there is going to be some difference, but if I wasn't impatient Amazon.ca is going to be selling it at 34 with free shipping. So I must really love this company. I just hope at some point in the future they send some love to the Great White North.

Just wait when you get the book and the Amazon orders will be moved to November due to shortage of books at the big A. :)

That would be unpleasant, but I'm not sure it justifies a doubling of the price vs. Amazon.

Also...if you like bookmarked files, don't buy the PDF at all right now...they are completely loused up...so your +10 can wait.

I was under the impression that if you bought a product from Paizo, you received the download for free. Is this untrue?

You get it for free if you are a subscriber and you get the product as part of your subscription. Otherwise, you have to purchase them seperately.

Only if you subscribe. Not just if you buy or pre-order it

Makes no difference, once you've bought it, you will be notified any time the PDF is changed....

Can you say "free errata for life"?

Got my book today and it is of superb quality. Impressed with the production values and packing job arrived in perfect condition. The best part I don't have to wait till November LOL.
