You know, I probably shouldn't lol, but I'm intrigued.
What are the characters that are still known to be involved?
PS: Celestial Bacon... AND MAX! (couldn't help but edit this in lol)
I've finally gotten the filesharing up! feel free to wander over to the recruitment thread and check it out whenever your ready.

Looks like so far only the Elf fighter and Gnome rogue are in still. I wouldn't mind playing a wizard. I'll get him up and in concept, or a paladin, aaaaah too many choices.
I'm definitely interested and will probably play some sort of cleric if noone else has claimed the role. I've got to go to work now, but I'll consider character concept through the day, post a sketch with background in the evening, and hopefully have full stats before bed.

So, I just took another glance at my brand new PFRPG pdf and thought to take a quick glance over the prestige classes. After doing so, I'm very interested in playing a sorceror with intent on pursuing the Dragon Disciple prestige class. Any thoughts?

Don't let me keep you from playing the sorcerer. I was basing my decision on not being able to come up with a good story for a paladin and that one of the other many people would play a cleric (not you). It will be all good in the end, play what you want.

Sure, but you do have a wizard made already, and things always go much more smoothly when the party has someone along who can heal. Further, I DO like playing clerics, and I'm certain I'll get a chance at some point to play a Disciple.
Okay...back to work.

It took me a bit longer to find inspiration for the cleric than I expected, especially without a defined pantheon as a crutch (which, in the end, I'm glad wasn't available). After several readings through the domains in the PFRPG core rules, it came to me.
He is a priest of a sect that believes in the almighty power of the Word (domain: Knowledge). His holy symbol is a Book (domain: Runes). He always carries smaller copies of it that he often offers to companions and strangers alike, imploring them to seek truth in the words within.
His sect does not believe in any one god over any other (trait: Ease of Faith). Rather, they insist that it is the stories about the gods that provide them their existence and divine power. Thus, they worship the "meta-divine" power of the Word, that which gives all of the gods their might (trait: Scholar of the Great Beyond).
Although I intended to have full stats for you yesterday, that unfortunately did not happen. Instead, I will strive to provide them by the end of today. Now that I have a strong concept, the mechanics part should go pretty quickly.

Four, you, Gandel and the two I have already. Then maybe kyrt-ryder so that'd be five. If you got in a character that'd be enough.
Okay. I'm working on it now.
Are you okay with my concept for the cleric's particular religious sect? I've got to make certain, since I'm kind of taking a bit of "campaign world creation" license here. If not, I can simply restructure to any pantheon guidelines you give me.

Did the Necromancer drop off?
Gandel |
Have you been brought into the actual game yet Gandel? Just wondering.
Not yet. From what I can tell the DM is waiting to get enough characters together to start it back up. But he did include me in the list of characters that he has lined up for the re-start a few posts up, so I am hoping that means that I am in.

I was under the impression that T&M was playing a cleric.
Since we've got a bard, I wouldn't mind playing a monk I suppose. Or possibly a Paladin, either's cool with me.
Of course, I have to warn the guy running this thing, I have a propensity for very odd characters personality/backstory wise.

So, Lord Zed (Erm... Zack... sorry, looking forward to the re-release of MMPR)... are you still determined to run pure PF (with a bit of Tome of Secrets influence) or have you softened a bit on the idea of 3.5 stuff (maybe on a case by case basis?)
Just want to be sure.
Also, it's too bad this isn't a table game, you guys are missing out (or lucking out, I'm not sure which lmao), I love playing bards at table games and busting out random songs lol. (Not that Porky over there couldn't have guessed that lol)
