That is a bit of a pain for those of us that paid 45 dollars postage and the full 50 dollars book price, instead of 30ish on amazon plus about 10 to ship :-(
I will live though, and it heads off to us before the 13th so thanks for trying :-)
Is Amazon delivery at this point not an anomaly? I pre-ordered with two day delivery, and I've sure seen nothing. I'm thinking you can derive comfort from this being pretty unusual.
I got my shipping notification last night, and as per Lisa's post, I guess I'm not alone in this ;). Makes it a lot easier to wait, knowing at least I'll have access to the PDF on the 13th, even if the package will take longer than anticipated.
Anyway, thanks again, Lisa & Co., for making sure that even if everything went wrong with the Big International Packages (tm), they were sent out as soon as humanly possible. :)

+1. Got shipping notice yesterday night. Thanks to the Paizo staff for making their herculean efforts to get these out.
Hm.. over here, amazon delivers free, as long as the order is at least 20€ or comprised solely on books.
Sure, that's the standard shipping, but that usually arrives the very next day, the day after at the latest.
