Dungeon Forge / dungeon tile type stuff for various Adventure Paths, or possibly a set of adjustable dungeon tiles that can be used for specific encounters. I like lots of bling, and having the big encounters with specially designed map-tiles would be neat.
And yeah, more online play utility. Something similar to the queue that gets set up for online shooters, where a bunch of players end up finding other players available at that time for Mod X and just sit at their computer and play would be neat. The GM would be a computer, and the Mods would be written to be adjudicated by computer. The server that runs the queue would have an option that a registered player could flag where it sends an IM or email when a queue is filling up for their requested mods. If I'm signed up for Scenario 252, Korvosa by Nighthaunt, and there are three people in the queue, the server sends me (and anyone else who flagged this option) an IM / email / whatever and says, 'Scenario 252, Korvosa by Nighthaunt, needs at least one player to start, do you wish to log in to Pathfinder Society Online Play now?'
It wouldn't be a 'Pathfinder MMO,' but an actual resource for online Society play, that allows registered players to gather together with other players from all over the world, with no DM needed. Since all characters would have to follow approved Pathfinder Society guidelines, the mod-design wouldn't have to accomodate material from other splatbooks, and each mod would have to go through *much* more stringent playtesting to prepare it for online play. (Probably online mods would appear six to twelve months after they are approved for tabletop use, to give an assortment of feedback for what sort of actions they do not have set responses to / what sort of DM adjudications had to be made on the spot, as all of this stuff would have to be programmed in to the computer-run version of the mod.)
Players would also be able to fine-tune the 'call me' statistics to only call when particular friends are online and available for play, so that you can have a semi-regular adventuring group, and not end up with a different set of players every time. Class and role-based qualifiers would also make sense. "Mod 252 has five players waiting, but needs a healer. You have asked to be notified if Mod 252 becomes available, and you are registered as having a Cleric. Would you like to play a game?"

I would love to see Paizo do "Gleemax" done right. The gaming world is FAR too fragmented.
One Site to rule them all, One Site to find them,
One Site to bring them all and in the darkness bind them!
Seriously, how many "find a gamer" sites are there? How many have a just a handful of people in your area (that probably don't check the sites any more)?
We need a way to host live games (perhaps even with video chat/virtual table), social networking, a site that brings RPGs, Board Games, Video Games, Card Games, all together.
