Hi,

Thanks for answering my emails regarding why you can't combine orders for pre-orders that are non-Paizo, you end up with outstanding orders months later because of 1 product being unavailable. However I'd ask you to rethink what you've implemented.

I want to pre-order all the Legendary Encouter figs from Reaper, but paying individual shipment prices for these, especially to the UK, makes it prohibitive. I'd like to do the same for the PF version of the 1 on 1 adventures from Expeditious but can't due to shipment pricing.

It can't be just me and you have to be losing sales through it. Surely there's a better way, maybe what you have ships after a wait time if the others have not been released. Whatever, there has to be a better way to manage this.

I assure you that we are always reviewing and rethinking our policies. This is, in fact, how this change came to be. The previous system was simply not working and it ended up with us having a bunch of extra product on our shelves (which is bad) and some very unhappy customers (which is way worse).

The best way to keep your shipping and handling fees for these items down is to wait until they've been released to place your order. At that time, you will have no troubles combining the shipments for the best possible shipping rates. In fact, you will be able to ship them with your subscription shipments.

As I said before, we do review our policies. It is possible that this may change at some point in the future. But, for the time being, this is the best way.
