1. Vestigal bat-like wings grow from the character's shoulders. They flap instinctively and uselessly whenever she jumps or is falling.
2. The character has two eyes, but also a third pupil that seems to float across the surface of his eyes independent of whatever he's looking at.
3. No nose. The character's face is completely smooth and blank where she should have a nose.
4. Shark-teeth. The character's teeth may look normal. Or they may be triangular shark's teeth. Either way, he always has rows of replacement teeth ready to replace his old ones, sometimes even forcing old ones out if they are not lost in a span of five years.
5. Any tattoos, scars, freckles, or other markings this character has seems to rearrange themselves whenever no one is watching, including herself.
6. The character has a small, snake-like something under the skin of his shoulder which shifts about if touched.
7. Popeye arms. The character's forearms are thicker and far more developed than her biceps. Her hands are larger than the norm as well.
8. The character is always warm to the touch, but not alarmingly so. However, people looking at him note that there's always a heat distortion effect outlining his form.

9. Instead of hair on her head, the character had long, sharp quills.
10. The character's fingertips are wider and flatter than usual, like those of a gecko.

Can anybody play this game?
If so...
25.Jaw hinged like a snake allowing for the vertical insertion of tacos, hot dogs and other foods normally eaten lengthwise.
26.Instead of hair and ears, a single hairless, tapered, tail-like appendage grows from the character's head. The appendage is sensitive to sound (allowing the character to hear) and whips uncontrollably at any sudden loud noise.
27.An extra pair of small withered, useless arms sprouts from the character's chest. The arms are always folded mantis-style and never move...while the character is awake.
28.The character has a unibrow. That's it.
29.The character's eyes function normally but appear to be empty black sockets. A tiny point of light like a small candle's flame in each socket serves as the pupil of each eye.

171.Sharp thorns protrude from the tiefling's skin. They are too small to be used offensively and too weak to provide any bonuses to escaping ropes, but make the tiefling uncomfortable to hug.
172.No more tears. The tiefling has no tear ducts resulting in dry, bloodshot eyes and an inability to properly enjoy melodramatic chick flicks.
173.The tiefling's skin has the texture of asphalt and smells like fresh tar.
174.Tripod feet. Beginning at the ankle, each of the tiefling's legs ends in a set of three small, strong, thin, hooved feet facing in different directions.

My most recent Eberron character is a Tiefling duellist named Raphael (no prizes for guessing why I called him that). He has the face of an angel and is otherwise completely human, except that he has tiny ivory horns on his temples (shorter than my avatar's) and exudes brimstone when humanoids would normally sweat.
I played a tielfing-ish character in Greyhawk once that was the result of an angel and a devil mating. There was actually a story from Planescape that featured that same theme, so we went with it as my origin. Essentially, for use of level adjusting, I went with a Celestial Tiefling, +2 lvl adjustment total. Her appearance was a strange mix of feature from both parents, which could be used here:
177.(?)Golden Iris, where normal humans would have blue, green, hazel, etc, with a metallic sheen
178.) Red Feathered wings, took feats to make them usable. The red represented a middle-ground between red leathery bat wings and golden feathered ones.
179.) Cloven Feet, much like a Satyr
180.) Pointed, golden teeth. Shiny and metallic, as not to be confused with simple gingivitis
181.) Golden Arrow-head shaped tail, much like classic depictions of the devil, ut yellow-ish in color instead of red
182.) A semi-translucent, nearly ethereal red halo, when she got upset, angered, or was about to enter combat.

His teeth are solid black, like his nails (and, indeed, all of his bones), and pointed (if not sharp), as if he had a mouth-full of eye-teeth, and to conceal this, he talks in a whisper quite often, lips barely parted. Despite the appearance of being singular teeth, all are fused together, consisting of two solid plates of black ivory, with many jagged points.
