Is it to the point where you need to get some outside assistance (hopefully, someplace where they don't reflexively reach for a pill bottle)?

It's been there since last year. Our insurance won't cover it, and they charge too much for us to afford. And we make too much to qualify for any kind of assistance. Not enough to pay our bills, but too much for assistance. :/

It's a stupid cut-rate insurance policy. The list of things they don't cover is lengthy and moronic. At least this time they told us first instead of sending us a pricy bill after.
