Pathfinder Advantage does not apply to Paper Minis ?!

Just a quick question:
Why isn't the Pathfinder Advantage applied to the Paper Minis products? Is this a glitch in the system or are the minis considered non-Paizo pdfs?

The Pathfinder Minis are made by a third party with Paizo's permission.
