The problem is... The shipment linked, and all my subscriptions, are supposed to be UPS Ground shipments.

Since this has happened before, I know you fine folks can patch it up for me - USPS has a habit of 'losing' things sent to me, after all, thanks to our miserable local post office.

Does the shipping software just hate me or Nevada or something, guys?

I looked all through your originating order, the created subscriptions and your sidecart. Everything is properly set to UPS Ground. Unfortunately, it appears that the shipping method for the starting volume of your AP subscription (#19) improperly defaulted to Standard Postal Delivery. Furthermore, it has shipped out at this point and I can't change it. I'll put a replacement copy in your sidecart to go with your Pathfinder #20 (in two weeks or so), in case #19 doesn't make it. If it does, let me know and I'll cancel the replacement.

The good news is that (as far as I can tell and to the best of my knowledge) this is a one-time bug, affecting the starting volume of the subscription specifically, and will not happen again. From this point onwards, all of your subscription shipments should ship properly.

I know that we used to consistently have this problem with your subs before, but Gary squelched that bug a while ago and it hasn't reappeared anywhere else. Looking at your subscriptions internally, this does not appear to be the same thing. At least for now. Of course, if it should occur again, let me know as soon as possible. Your Pathfinder #20 shipment will prove this fixed or still broken (I'm putting my money on fixed).

Cosmo - by some divine miracle, it actually made it through the USPS system and arrived today. You can cancel the replacement on #19.
