My party (5 PC, all lvl 8) is going to meet Bahor next week, after killing the « Emperor of Old Korvosa », but in reading all the encounter they’ll fight, I’m a little afraid in thinking that they haven’t the right lvl (to weak) for this end of this chapter. Perhaps, they don’t have the right equipment too…
What do you thing about that? At the beginning of this part, is level 8 enough?
Thanks!

They're not necessarily supposed to fight Bahor. They're supposed to meet him. Properly played, unless the party is extremely clever, Bahor should probably seriously mangle your PCs. 8th level was about where my party was at when they went to his place.
Just remember, Bahor currently views the PCs as potentially useful tools, not a group to just kill out of hand.

PCs should be about to hit, or should be AT 9th level by the time they start tackling the last third of the adventure. Even then, Bahor's not supposed to be a combat encounter...
With 5 PCs, they've been splitting the XP up more than 4 do (which is where we calibrate our XP awards at). I would consider having them go on a few more wandering monster type encounters on the trip up to see Bahor and then give them enough XP to level to 9th.

Thanks Mr Jacobs for these advices that I'm going to follow. So I have to write another part before Bahor that give them a lot of XP, because just having just pass to the lvl 8, they have a lack in XP, before gain their 9th lvl ;-D

They do not need to be 9th level to face down Bahor (they should not do so any way) - they need to be 9th level to have access to 5th level cleric/druid/wizard spells for the dungeon itself.
OR ... you can kill them all, have the Arkonas rez them as "subservient types" and send them on their way to retrieve the crown for Bahor ...
Or something. ^_^

I succeed in gather three of my 5 PC for an extra party before meeting Bahor, so it's time for us to have XP! The rogue need 8000 points, the sorcerer 5000, like the last one. They are in Old Korvosa, so if you have any idea of that I can make them meet to obtain these Xp, I will be cool (the party will be this Saturday).

Two characters need 13k XP? What rules set, and if PF Beta which XP track are you using?

Traps or the mechanically equivalent. A trap need not be man made to have the same stats. I'd need to reread the Korvosa material but I do remember that there is decent amount of vacant property, likely in bad repair. Falling objects and rotten floors in a multistory building give good excuse for some rather nasty 'falling block' (pelted with attic junk) or pit traps (falling from the attic all the way to basement or maybe into the sewer).
Have some fun playing around with the trap building rules and see what you can make.

Hrm ... you know, couple dangerous condemned buildings with all the wierd critters that could live there and you have a nice supply of XP waiting.
Meenlocks, traps, gangs of warriors and adepts, maybe a slaad reveling in the chaos ... heck, import an element of Savage Tide & inject the "Cult of the Hopping Prophet" ... ^_^

Doesn't really matter much - the Cult is not much more than a few lines dribbled in their by ol' Richard Pett.
It boils down to "cult of the Hopping Prophet seeks to spread Slaadi influence the world over." During the Savage Tide they implant a slaad egg into an unsuspecting NPC. The egg hatches "chestburster"-style, setting a slaad loose on the player's ship.
If these buggers get out into Old Korvosa ... well, let's say that a slaad infestation will make the plague small potatoes ...

In fact I decided to make them (the 3 PC present tonight) to make them have a look on the Old Dock, because thank to the pledge, a lot of people died and a lot of halflings too (my PC have a link with halflings). Moreover, a rebel Sczarni decided to take the control of Old Korvosa. So in the deadly streets, they'll meet mastifs of kyuss (which will be mastiffs of Urgatoah) and 2 Kenku working with this rebel(adding traps and diplomatie in order to make them award 8000XP).
