How's this:
After moving (movement only, not a move-equivalent action), as a standard action, a character can make an attack with a weapon. They get a number of attacks equal to their maximum number of interative attacks, reduced by a number determined by how far they moved.
10 ft - Lose one attack.
15 ft - Lose two attacks.
20 ft - Lose three attack.
When combined with a charge, double the movement value.
This isn't so much a movement fix as making the 5-foot step rule scale properly.
Under this rule, a 16th level fighter who just earned his 4th attack can charge up to 30 feet and still get two attacks.

As I have said befor I do not like this...giving up an attack for a mere 5' of moment is not a fix. Do the caster get work like this?
no they can blast away casting a disreputable spell that involves very complex hand movement[ so complex they cant wear armor] and dig components out of a sack, while using a dragonic to form the spell....and move 30 feet in 6 seconds?
while a 20th level fighter can't attack 2 CR1 goblins without giving up movement?
Sorry ross I do not see this as a fix..a weak crutch maybe but no real fix
