Cornmeal Pancakes
Ingredients:
• 2 cups White Lily® Self-Risin Cornmeal Mix
• 2 large eggs, lahtly beaten
• 2 1/4 cups buttermilk
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• Hungry Jack® Microwave Ready Regular Syrup
Cookin Dierekshuns:
1. HEAT yer griddle tuh 400°F.
2. Mix up cornmeal mix, eggs, buttermilk'n butter in midlin-sized bowl, stirren just enuff tuh git yer ingredients moistened. (Batter'll be slahtly lumpy.)
3. POUR 1/4 cup batter onta hot griddle fer each reglar sized pancake. Cook til golden brown, turnin one tahm. Serve with butter'n syrup.
