This was triggered by one of the various Shuirken Threads. Can all Ammunition including darts and javelins, please be enchanted as ammunition?

No. A Javelin can be reclaimed easily. The point of cheaper ammo enchanting is that it is on items that are effectively destroyed by one use.

Then what about magic quivers or gloves which function like Bow enhancement?
