Why is this order still pending? Has the warehouse been closed for the last week? (My curiosity is getting to me.)

Your order was placed on Nov 22, and several of the items on the order have a shipping estimate which states that the item "usually ships from our warehouse in 5 to 11 business days".
We were not closed all week, last week, but we were closed on Thanksgiving and the day after. This means that today would be the 5th business day from the date of purchase.
Right now everything appears normal on your order, so it should ship sometime between today and Wednesday of next week (business day 11).
