Hakeen rakes at Laam with both claws
Claw Attacks (1d20+3=16, 1d20+3=18)
Maybe a hit in there?
Just in case
Claw damage (1d6+2=7, 1d6+2=7)

Reg continues to try and keep Gaedren from fleeing as he cuts into him again with his shortsword and dagger.
Rolled a 14+2 for 16 with the shortsword if that hits it does 1d6+2 damage so rolled a 4+2 for 6pts, the dagger rolled a 19 which is a potential critical but then roll a 5+1 for 6 so another normal hit which does 1d4+1 for 2+1 for 3pts of damage

Bean moves forward and with the blessing of sune heals some of Elrics wounds. Reg and Hakeen move in and finish the wicked man for good. Forever silencing him.
Map same as last time. Lamm is dead Elric is at -1 actions?
Reg moves to help the others leaving Hakeen to make sure Lamm is dead.
Keen
With a gesture Hakeen dismisses the greasy coating on the ground then winds up and kicks Laam solidly in the head about 3 times. "You awake in there you filthy whoreson?"
Let me know if I need to roll
After he's statisfied that Laam is indeed dead Keen then turns on his second sight to scan for magic in the area (detect magic). Then he will methodically search Laam and the surrounding area.
Reg Darkwintre
"Are you all right Elric?" Euphegenia inquires as she removes her cloak and tries to dry him off.
"We missed our chance at revenge, but the evil of Lamn is ended and he can hurt no others, we should sanctify his body 'less his spirit returns to haunt us."
"I was wondering if we blessed Hakeen's feet and let him kick Lamm some more whether that would do the trick? Okay maybe not, we're going to need to move his body to a church for consecration then at the very least you and Bean are going to have to decide where would be a good place to keep Lamm at rest permanently..." Reg openly notes.
Okay I admit I laughed at that post when Hakeen kicked Lamm in the head several times to make sure he was dead! Not very pious but there are worse ways he could have employed to make sure Lamm was dead one of which was demonstrated in a Terry Pratchett discworld novel...

Bean chuckles a bit at Keen's discription of Lamm, "More than him fit that discription you know. We will need to do something about him though... maybe the chum pits? Normally I'm all for a proper burial but the crimes he let his leuteniant 'giggles' get away with is a complete upfront to Sune, and I don't think the hells care how bodies are buried. He have anything interesting?"
Bean turns back to Elric invoking the blessing of Sune again to help him to his feet.
I can't find the original post wasn't there something about out of combat healing, or do I need to roll for my channel energy?

This foul-smelling room seems to be a combination bedroom and study. A wooden bed with a lumpy mattress stands against the east wall, while a round table heaped with dirty plates, bread crusts, stained goblets, fruit rinds, and scuttling cockroaches sits nearby. At the foot of the bed sits a large strongbox, a slighty rusted lock securing its lid. A sagging dresser filled with moth-eaten clothes well past their glory days is in one corner—what appears to be a wooden hatbox surrounded by a small cloud of flies sits atop this dresser

"He's got some nice gear here. Plus I have the key to his office back here. I can't find anything worthwhile over here."
Keen moves over to the office and unless anyone objects opens the door.
"Mind yourself, you know the drill when it comes to traps and especially poison," Reg calls over as he returns to helping the others with Elric.
"So," Reg says after a moment taking a look back over his shoulder," when you're feeling up to it would you mind separating Lamm's head from his shoulders? just to be sure you understand?" Reg asks Elric nodding towards the barbarian's greataxe.| Elric O'Brien |
Elric looked slightly bewildered, having been brought back from the brink. When asked of his condition, he merely nodded, and did the same at Reg's request. He looked upon Gaedren with Solemn eyes. One might wrongly perceive the look in the great man's eyes as mercy. One might think that the man from the Moonshae's pitied the cur laying slumped before him. Abruptly, Elric's ax came down upon the neck, severing the head from the body. "And where the offense is, let the great axe fall." He said grandly, quoting a play he had once seen. With that he wiped the blood from his ax and slung it over his shoulder, the weight feeling a bit lighter now.

"What a filthy creature Laam is"
Keen briefly tries to recall what Reg had said previously about traps but fails to recall anything... Figuring if it was important reg would have been more clear Keen cruises over to the most interesting thing in the room... the hat box.
Keen inspects the hat box and opens it to see what's inside. (plus detect magic)
Keen
After examining what he pulled from the hat box he's going to see if any of the keys work on the chest.
When the party enters the room Keen gestures to a hat box. "Our friend... does not look well."
Keen
"There is a head in that box, it's either Zellara or her twin. Looking at the dead flies and dried blood it's not from this morning. The sick bastard also appears to have been playing dress up with her head."
Not a deep thinker Keen returns to trying the various keys on the strongbox.

Reg takes a look then openly swears profusely and doesn't stop for almost a few minutes but is still upset enough to step out of the room and spend a few minutes getting his composure back.

sorry about that
Each of these treasures is wrapped in cloth and tied shut with twine. The treasures include a narrow teak cigar case inlaid with tiny bits of jade , a 2-pound gold ingot bearing the Cheliax coat of arms, a miniature gold crown , a fist-sized scrimshaw carving of a kraken with garnets for eyes
a silver ring bearing the inscription “For Emmah—the light in my nights,” a highly realistic and highly scandalous ivory figurine of two entwined succubi, a masterwork shuriken, an adamantine arrowhead, an abalone-shell holy symbol of Shelyn worth , a tiny glass tube containing some kind of oil, an obsidian wand of , a crystalline vial containing a silvery substance, and a bejeweled brooch with a broken clasp[this is by far the most expensive looking thing in the chest}
Euphegenia
"Well that is just plain weird," Euphegenia exclaims looking at the head. "Ohh Harrow cards, they look well loved, can I look at them please?"
"Never been able to purchase my own deck, they seem to get passed down mother to daughter, so it is unusual to find one intact."
I took the Harrowed feat, but couldn't afford the deck, so this would be useful for me.
Reg Darkwintre
There is still the sounds of someone kicking something possibly a body outside of the room.
A few minutes later Reg returns to glance inside the room.
"So was any of that stuff enchanted... was the head or was that divine intervention?" he asks not entering the room.
Keen
"The harrow deck, oil, silver liquid, and wand seem magic. Let's grab the head and the gear before trouble shows up. Lets vacate this place."
Hands Euphegina the deck and slides the wand in his belt then plops the remaining loot into a sack. "we'll split the loot when we get back."
Keen starts piling up wooden items in a corner and uncorks his oil bag and starts spreading oil over the wooden items. And starts sparking his flint.
"This place needs to be purged."

A raven flutters into the room where the others are gathered and settles well away from the starting fire, fixing the adventurers with a disapproving stare, in the way of most birds.
Reg Darkwintre
"How odd. We should probably have Vengeance take a look at this, she might have an idea." Bean suggests, "However Lamm keeping her head like this is very odd, maybe they were related in some way?"
"No he was just very sick," Reg replies emphatically.

"Arson isn't exactly the answer, by the way did V have a raven with her when we turned up here?" Reg asks whilst not so unhappy about Gaedren being cremated, whilst they're still in the same building not so much.
Keen
"Arson? Fire cleanses the soul, scours the filth... Even so, I'm not much interested in being scoured just yet."
Waiting just long enough to ensure the flames catch Keen heads for the exit and climbs back up to the main warehouse.
I recall we missed a room. Do we have time to search it quickly before the building goes up?

"Yes we need to make sure there's nobody else being held by that monster and if its more of his cronies at least give them the chance to redeem themselves rather than let them die pointlessly," Reg answers almost immediately.
"Of course if they pick a fight they will certainly get the point, several of them I guess so... oh" Reg notices Keen has set the fire already thinking as he followed him out that he wanted to check before setting the fire...
Can anyone link me to the discussion thread for this since I think I messed up my character, I've amended it according to pathfinder beta but just want to make sure I didn't miss something

From what I recall there is only one room left. "If we were worried about leftover cronies maybe we shouldn't have left the children with only one lone guardian?".
Keen is pretty low key about the fire and isn't going to push the issue if reg wants to put it out.
Regardless... he leaves and goes to check out the room(s) we missed. I think one at the top of the other stairs in the room where Teelos was killed.
If Keen needs a climb check to get back up he doesn't do very well:
1d20+2=7
Nor does he do well on a second climb check :|

[ooc] Much obliged have made a point of marking it as a favourite to avoid that happening again, also looks like the previous character was actually right, better go back and correct my corrections!
"Good point I'll check on V by the way was that V's raven I saw earlier?" Reg replies as he moves to head back then checks himself as he remembers what's swimming under the fragile wooden bridge...

The fire and oil quickly start to spread as the trash in the room feeds the flame, even in this damp place the wood is old and burns with vigor. It licks the walls and the beams that hold the floors above. Leaving you with the options of trying to stop the flame as they spread fueled by oil and trash or to flee the building that may collapse very quickly if the fire spreads. And there is the issue of the unconscious man Yargin in the main floor.

At repeated mention of V, the raven gives a small caw and flutters over to Reg and settles on his shoulder, eyeing the flames warily.

As soon as V gets the slightest whiff of smoke or a suspicious raise in temperature she'll stop making plans to stop a Lamm if he sttempts to flee and will instead focus on getting the kids out of the building.

Bean looks around, "The fire probably wasn't the best idea, what if the other buildings around here catch fire?"
Is it too late to try and put the fire out?
"I'm no expert but would prestdigitation or whatever its called extinguish flames?" Reg asked the raven.
Seeing the others looking at him Reg blinks."I once saw a mage extinguish some lit candles, I asked a bard about it and thats what he called it, I have no idea what kind of spell it was only thats what he thought he used..." Reg explained.
Somehow I'm not sure if that's metagaming

Sorry guys my internet connection has deleted it's self and having issues putting it back
From my roll ya need to be able to put out 5 points of fire damage this round, It will be 10 the next round. He used oil and there is alot of flammable stuff in Lamms room
Reg looks around for buckets or enough spare clothing or material to soak so it can be used to smother the flames.
Perception check rolled a 13+2 for 15 I believe
