Don't worry, Johnny. That beeping is totally normal. It just means that the detergent catalyzer is re-initiating the gyro displacement flow. Just back away from the sound of my voice, as quickly as possible, and it will be finished in just a sec.

<Then he moves away from where he threw it.>
You hear the sounds of the detergent gun flying through the air towards where Benedict's voice was coming from. There's a loud crash/clatter noise as it impacts with something solid (a wall?).
Now the beeping noise is coming from where Benedict was, and it sounds even more shrill and high pitched. The smell of cleaning chemicals is now heavy in the air.

As you sit down you feel the detergent cannon crash into the wall just where you head would have been a moment before. It bounces off your shoulder painfully and lands on the ground beside you. You all realized that you are sitting right in front of the door. You feel wetness, like a puddle on the floor dampening your shiny, not entirely water proof, red reflec pants.
There's a bang and a crash and you hear Johnny curse.

Ok, Im not to sure how these skills work haveing never played before but I want to attempt to use Bootlicking, and Oratiory to convice the guards that Dexter is the troublemaker and not me. I will even use Psychotherapy if that would help in anyway (im not quite sure what it is good for.) If I cant convince them that Dexter is a Problem and they leave us alone to go into the room and arrest the others then I will use Trip Passerby along with Stealth and then tackle Dexter and tell them that dexter was the one that triped the guard inorder to help his treasonous commie buddies. And if it will help me in anyway I will attempt to use my Mutation of empathy (I still dont know what it does) to get me out of this mess that i appear to be in. and I will throw a perversaty point at whichever option is most viable.

Sorry invisible castle was being bad. But, I rolled your checks (maybe).
The guards stare at Rolf's emotional display in disgust. The lead one says to him, "I suggest you take one of your own pills. You're a mess, and that sort of state is insubordination. We'll deal with you two later. Stay right where you are, while we go in and handle Yossa and Johnny."
The doors to the room suddenly burst open. A hulking metal guard bot is standing in the doorway. It's painted yellow and has glowing red eyes. A wide beam of light radiates out from its chest (a bit like Iron Man) and it illuminates the room. Benedict is sitting right in front of the of the door, and was attempting to fix the detergent cannon, which is still beeping and looks pretty battered up. However, when the door flew open he was knocked forward, and now the guard bot is standing right over him. Yossa, Rosas and Johnny are all scattered around the room. There are chairs strewn about and the camera that Rosas set up has been knocked over. There is no sign of Dexter or Rolf in the room. Perhaps they are out in the hall, which now has lights on in it (though it must not have when they left or you would have noticed the door open).
The bot strides into the room, standing right over top of Benedict. "Everyone drop to ground, lie on your stomachs and put your hands on your heads," the bot says in a steely voice.
The guardbot is holding a massive cone rifle that looks too heavy for a normal human to use, but it sure makes you want to comply with its orders.
Two yellow Int Sec goons then enter the room. Each one also has a cone rifle. A third one remains in the hall just outside the open door. You now see Rolf and Dexter standing out in the hall looking into the room. Dexter has a big grin on his face and Rolf looks like he was just crying.
One of the Int Sec goons, his name tag says Jack-Y-TPK-4, looks around the room. His eyes soon settle on Yossa. "Yossa-R-IAN-1, you are being charged with treason. We have recently received very recent footage directly from your PDC that shows you smashing up a washroom with a yellow crowbar and admitting that you are a commie traitor. You also make it clear that Johnny-R-TON-1 is also a commie and converted you to communism. One of our agents has just informed me both the crowbar and the broken remains of your PDC were found in the washroom. Before we execute you, do you have anything to say in your defense?"
The detergent gun continues to beep, and Jack-Y-TPK looks at it in irritation. "Make that noise stop."
The guard bot suddenly stomps on the cannon, crushing its mostly plastic components to dust. The beeping stops.

Then I will wipe the tears from my eyes, straighten my uniform, look over at the guard and say "see all better. I apologize for acting that way, its hard to keep a straight face when you are being falsely accused of treason. ALL HAIL THE COMPUTER!!" with a big smile on my face.

Rosas runs over to her camera and cradles it like a baby, crying
As Rosas loses it and runs for her camera, the guardbot reacts, as per his programming, and opens up on Rosas with its Cone Rifle.
RATTATTATTT!!!
The burst is prescise and cuts her down at the legs. She falls to the ground, her legs useless bloody messes. She manages to drag herself to her precious camera. A pool of blood trailing behind her.
