Hopeless , I think it's my turn to act but I need some info
Did the perp wriggle out of my grasp or was it more akin to a teleport ?
Do we have all succeeded to our will save or is someone running away at the moment ?
Tenna made her will save earlier, the imp shrank turning into something far smaller than it originally was and slipped you grasp as it did disappeared, the arrow pretty much distracted you as it would have hit it had it not reacted
The area is seemingly clear except for the sounds of fighting soming from inside.
Willy:
The beetle in question was Talden's initial opponent
Tenna:

Herve will make a double move inside then
'Come on , we have them on the ropes , don't let them reorganize'
Let me know if this doesn't work for you:
Inside the lair

Tenna Milcress |

Herve will make a double move inside then
'Come on , we have them on the ropes , don't let them reorganize'
Tenna cursed as she saw her target get away, but she was thankful she hadn't put any arrows in Herve along the way. She followed after him as he ran past, readying another arrow as she ran.
"It wasn't an imp! It was a 'quast' or something!"
Would Tenna really know about that?

Your character is Chelish in ancestry, given how strongly they have links with devils it would make it easier for you to tell the difference between a devil and a demon even if its say from an old nursery rhyme you remembered from childhood or some remark mentioned as part of your family's past that would otherwise mean nothing but does make sense now that you've seen it for yourself

The Imp 23 has acted
Willy 19 has acted
Herve 15 has acted
Hobgoblin Captain 15 not visible anymore
Talden 13
Hobgoblin Handler 11
Bogorin 11
Tenna 10 followed Herve inside
Giant Fire Beetles 8 dead
Brallin 7Is that right for this round ?
Oh yes waiting for Brallin's response and then before its Herve's turn I'll need Bogorin, Willy and Talden's to post for one extra partial action due to having defeated all of the foe's inside bar one.
As Herve enters he sees the other three seem fine and signs of a battle with one hobgoblin down and what looks like the remains of three or more dog sized insects strewn across the cavern floor.
Behind Herve, if Tenna and Brallin follow they can see the same.

Entering the cavern you find yourselves facing the Hobgoblin captain, but he's not alone... beyond him is another figure this one looks like an adventurer who looks like he's just abseiled down what looks like a natural chimney in the roof of the cavern with the rope he used still hanging down.
MAP:
Hobgoblin's Lair
"Took you long enough, I hope that vial I threw kept that creature off the back of your friends back there," he postures drawing a rapier.
"So do you want a hand with him or would you rather handle this yourselves?" he asks.
The hobgoblin snarls and drawing an axe and shield charges!
Willy' up first followed by the Hobgoblin as per below;
Willy 19
Herve 15 (arrives next round)
Hobgoblin Captain 15
Talden 13
Adventurer 12
Bogorin 11
Tenna 10 (As Herve)
Brallin 7 (As Herve)

"Oh gods..." Things seemed to be escalating quickly, looking at the bodies about the floor. What about the others?
She quickly followed after Brallin and Herve, glancing about nervously for any hint of an ambush.
Perception: 13
Tenna only:

Willy continues to charge the hobgoblin. Right before he reaches it, Willy drops his axe and tries to tackle the hobgoblin.
even if Willy is charging, this won't be enough.
hopeless, are we using the straight Pathfinder rage rules or the upgraded ones posted by Jason? Either way, I believe Willy can still rage this round.

Haven't seen the upgraded ones you're referring to will take a look but for now...
The Hobgoblin charges straight towards the three of you, Willy counters by charging straight dropping his axe at the last second to grapple the hobgoblin but he deftly dodges his lunging foe and heads straight for the remaining two standing between him and the only exit from the cavern!
Tries to batter his way past by swinging his sword at Bogorin narrowly missing...
Rolled a total of 15 versus Bogorin's AC of 16
Now its Talden's turn

Talden Skard |

Bogorin Rockstomper |

"Take a swing at 'ole Bogorin will ye? I'll have none o' That!" Yells the old dwarf as he swings a viscous attacks (1d20+4=17, 1d8+3=11) at the hobgoblin's knees.

Tenna Milcress |

Taking note of something seeming strange about the fallen hobgoblin in the previous chamber, she hoped she would remember to go back and check as she rushed after Herve and Brallin.
The sight of the man that had come down the chimney confused her, but the hobgoblin the others were attacking was an obvious threat, and she let her arrow fly towards him.

Tenna's arrow flashes past the hobgoblin striking the wall at the other end of the cavern but even as it does Talden catches the hobgoblin with a swing of his axe followed by a blow from Bogorin sending the hobgoblin backwards but he doesn't bow from the blows.
The adventurer looks on amused although he did duck aside when Tenna's arrow flashed past him, meanwhile Willy gets back to his feet and still enraged looks around for his foe.
I'll allow Willy a Perception check to see if he continues after the hobgoblin however if he fails it'll mean he'll be going after the adventurer!
We're back to Willy and once he's had his turn it'll be Herve's turn

You're fine
For a moment almost caught in his rage to notice, Willy catches himself and turns to face his true foe the hobgoblin who seems more concerned with Bogorin and Talden even as the others move in to help...

Herve move toward the hobgoblin while drawing his longsword
His hit is almost perfect but a bick lacking in power
Stepping back after Herve's lunge catches him the hobgoblin clutches his chest for a moment as he moves away from both those in front of him and the pair behind him.
He suddenly raises his arm and sends a vial down to shatter on the ground before him."Watch out!" the mysterious adventurer cries stretching a hand out.
The vial gushes out a billowing wave of smoke blinding your eyes as well as making it difficult to breath.
Fortitude save from everyone

Sorry, got sick this week.
sorry to hear that hope you're feeling better
Tenna notices someone running towards her and then checks as she realises its Herve but even as she does she sees him strike out at someone in the mist and hears the hobgoblin curse allowing her to react as it tries to rush past her.
You get a partial action you can shoot him if you want or move back outside the cavern to avoid being hit by him since you're currently armed with a bow

"Hey, where ya goin'!"
Perception: 1d20+6=21
Whoever it is up the rope is climbing back up at an impressive speed
The smoke is starting to subside but being under the natural chimney means Willy can tell that the climber is definitely male and elven given his physique.

The hobgoblin has rushed past Tenna and entered the corridor swiftly followed by Herve, Willy is staring up the natural chimney at the fast ascent of the mysterious adventurer whilst Bogorin tries to recover from his coughing fit.
Back to the top then;
Willy 19
Herve 15
Hobgoblin Captain 15
Talden 13
Bogorin 11
Tenna 10

Herve Esterel |

Herve go after the hobgoblin again

Herve:
You follow him out into the corridor as he almost turns to head further into the Ogre's Lair but something checks his stride as he tries to make a break for the entrance, but his moment of hesitation allows you to catch up with him and lunging you catch him unprepared as you neatly cut him down from behind!
He slumps to the ground sliding off you blade leaving you wondering why he hesitated to flee deeper within the Ogre's Lair?
The smoke is beginning to clear allowing you to see your comrades and letting Bogorin recover from his coughing fit, Tenna is closest to the entrance and the first to turn and see Herve is now back in the corridor there's no sign of Brallin though, but Willy comes into sight as he proceeds towards Tenna and the exit from the cavern with Talden turning to look past Tenna it takes a moment or two before they see the Hobgoblin slumped on the ground beyond Herve.
