Hi Lisa / Cosmo,

I have 2 questions regarding order n°1044252.

- Since it has not been shipped yet ("pending"), would it be possible to buy 2-3 more items and have them shipped with this order ?

- Do you have any idea when this order will be shipped ?

Your order is all in and set to go at any time. In fact, it would have shipped today, but I have told the warehouse to hold it until tomorrow. If the items you wish to add are on hand as well, then I can add then and still ship your order tomorrow. If they are items that we'd have to order from distribution, then your whole order will wait until the added items come in.

A good way for you to tell whether the products will hold up your order or not is to look at the shipping estimate of the product itself. If the product description says "Usually ships from our warehouse in 3 to 6 business days", then I should be able to add it to your order without delaying the shipment since the product is probably on the shelf. If that shipping estimate says anything longer, such as 5 to 11 business days or 10 to 19 business days, then your order will be delayed by that amount of time as we wait for the product to come in from distribution.

So...
Your order will ship tomorrow. I will be checking this thread, and the customer service email, for your products. If I see a note with the products you want added, I will added them. If I do not see anything, I will ship your order as is.

thanks for the answer.

I just checked and the 4 products I would like to add, they all belong to the "usually shipped within 3 to 6 days" category (Atlas and Green ronin clearance).

Here they are :
- Penumbra: Backdrops (d20) Print Edition (Atlas games)
- Penumbra: Crime & Punishment (d20) Hardcover (Atlas games)
- Penumbra: Seven Civilizations (d20) Print Edition (Atlas games)
- Bow & Blade: A Guidebook to Wood Elves (d20) (Green Ronin)

So, if it is possible to add them to my order, that would be much welcome.

You really have one of the best CS I have ever seen.
