We'll be rolling out a new version of the code soon (next week, I hope) with improvements based on your feedback.
Hope I'm not too late to chime in...
1) "Player Name" would be more useful that "Character Name"
2) Why is there a box for "Character Died" ? Are we taking a tally of which scenario is the most lethal ? <g>
3) The list of factions could be done in a drop-down list; that would make the form slightly more compact.
4) On that subject, I tried the form with both IE 6 and Firefox 2, and a few elements (ex. "Session #", "GM Name") could be moved around to improve the layout of the form (sorry, form layout is a pet peeve of mine...).
All in all, a solid "A-". I'm sure the next version is going to get a "A+" <g>

In this case, Character Name is more important, because a player can have more than one character, and by matching the number with the name you make sure that the player has all relevant benefits attributed to the right character.
Also, "Character Died" is important because, if a character dies, and is not raised before the session is over, that character is done, gone, no longer viable as a character for further sessions.

I've had a session go missing. The other week I reported our first session. Now it says I haven't reported any sessions. I've checked with one of my players, and he says the session still shows up in his character's listing.
We're event #60, PFS @ The Hobby Kingdom.
Has anybody else experienced this? Any solutions? I'm afraid to report session #2 now, in case it goes missing as well.

Having the same issue, but it's with every session I have so far reported in my home group. The characters still have their sessions - in fact, there's a total listed for accumulated Prestige at the bottom now, which is nice - but the previous session listings appear to be gone.

Sorry about that! I changed the database schema slightly and forgot to update existing sessions to match the new format. I've checked and the session records for your event should now show up properly.

I'm still having the problem of multiple entries for the same game session since I can't delete c!~#-ups. Even after changing the c!~#-ups to status: cancelled doesn't help.
Navdi, you should be able to delete sessions. Click the "sessions" link on your profile page, or the "sessions" link next to each event. That will get you a list of the sessions reported for that event. Then click the session number -- that will take you back to the tool that you used to record the session data in the first place. There's a new "delete" button next to each character.
I know it's a lot of clicking but you should be able to achieve what you want. Please let me know if this doesn't work for you.

Something like that has been discussed but I haven't built it yet. If it does get built, it won't show point totals, but it might show relative rankings or something like that.
Dope! I forgot to mention: it looks great, Gary--definitely worth the wait. It's really cool to be able to pull up a character and see his whole history :).

OK, what I've done now is deleted the character entries from the duplicate events I created. After this I re-entered all of the games I've run so far under the same ongoing home game entry. So far so good and everything should be peachy keen.
However, one of my players (Character name: Tewanyjarhin, #2301-1) just told me that his profile page says that he has played scenario #7 twice and scenario #1 three times.

There's still something confusing going on here.
Event #29 session 8 slave pits of absalom 14th of dec DM: Navdi has the note "Player has already played scenario at session # 1 of event # 122 Orjakuopat on November 23, 2008." This note is attached to all the players reported for that game.
This is however not the case. The player's in question are not on the report card for that game DM:d by Lehmuska on said day. The only player present at that game was me, the DM of the dec 14 game session.
*sigh*

I noticed this same problem today, when I entered results for the slot zero that I played in for Silent Tide, which I have since run twice. Now both of the games I ran are showing all players as having played in that slot zero.

Thanks
Deathboy might, but I was a player in one of these and I don't see them now.

I also accidentally marked today's event as being completely reported, even though I'll have another session next month. Is there a way to un-completely report an event? I can't seem to find an off button.
Which event are you asking about? You should be able to uncheck the "completely reported" box on the edit event info page for that event.

Sorry it's taken so long to get to this. I've been out of the office due to the weather for the past several days.
I'm still trying to track down how this bug works, but for now a workaround is to click the session number for the session that's incorrectly reporting the players as having played the scenario in question. That will bring up the session record page. Click the "update" button and it should clear all the "player has already played" notes. Then click the "save" or "done for now" button.

Cheers, Gary. The system seems to be working now, at least for me.
You Americans and winter... The moment there's a bit snow everything over there shuts down. If that happened over here in Finland, the whole country would be shut down for about a third of the year every year. ;)
On another note; some statistics:
The faction prestiges out of the 10 game sessions I've DM:d look like this:
Total for Andoran 11
Total for Cheliax 27
Total for Osirion 4
Total for Qadira 5
Total for Taldor 4
The corresponding numbers of PC (PC levels) in our group is:
Andorans 5 (10)
Chelaxians 10 (23)
Osirites 6 (10)
Qadirans 3 (5)
Taldorans 3 (5)
The numbers are quite telling, although the statistic is a bit skewed since 3 out of our 5 active DM:s are in the Chelaxian camp. Also, as I recall the Chelaxian quest completion track record is near-perfect, which can't be said for any of the other factions with the Andorans having the by far the most failed faction quests.
Would be interesting to know if these statistics can be applied globally or is the preference for Asmodeus just a "Finnish" thing? ;)

You need more (and better) Osirians!
Well, there is that.. There aren't that many Osirians to begin with and the stats get skewed further by the fact that most if not all of the most active players are either Chelaxian or Andoran with a smattering of the minority factions thrown in for good measure.
Give me statistics, people. I have a hunch that Andorans are the most popular faction the US whereas Qadira is the least popular. Confirm or deny. ;)
