Nice work, Hugo. I can imagine how much graphite you got all over your hands. I like all the scrolls and armor details. :)
Damn! I knew I had to put more attention to those scrolls... They are wands--- X(

Sorry, my bad, I had actually meant to say "wands and scrolls" but I guess I was just in a rush.

Too late, the damage is done ;_; ... I'll show you scrolls in the next drawing!

;P

So Hugo, are you going to make a character up soon?
:)

Aside from the axe being what I consider a greataxe and his armor being heavier than leather over chain shirt he's absolutely perfect!!

Thank you very much again!

Justin Sluder wrote:

Axe: I made the axe look "bigger" than a regular waraxe since its dwarven, which for my imply heavier/bulkier. A smaller axe for me its a battleaxe. Also Dagnar's not fully upright so the axe looks even bigger. That's why the axe looks big.

I made the armor thick aiming on the my Dwarven equipment lines, but that armor is indeed heavier than standard leather. Nothing Ragnar can't wear with ease thou! ;P

I scanned it before shading it. I'll post it later.

Thank for the feedback!

It's cool, I don't mind the subtle differences from what's in my head to what you've drawn. You have a very serious talent here. I hope the folks at Paizo are keeping an eye on this thread, because you rock!

The Exchange

Hugo Solis let me know when your ready for another one I have a Fitz Carrin a Dwarven cleric of Cayden Cailean he was a former slave who was freed by his god. he has the strength and travel domains.

He wields a battle ax and a shield he wears chain mail. He has short hair and a trimmed beard. He has grey hair and black eyes. His clan called ThunderClap was decimated on the plains of sorrow.

Feel free to take it anywhere you want to...

Maybe it was too subtle... Hint: a symbol with 5 points

The 5 arrow points on the axe? He's a cleric of Nethys, not Asmodeus.

wow Hugo love the detail you put into this.. love both pieces so far great work

Well... you could kill time and roll up a character. (nudge/nudge)

And I refuse to join the Poodle Proletariat.

AAAAAAAAAArggggh!!! Then I got the whole idea wrong..... I'll fix that. DO you want him to bear a holy symbol?

Roll....up.... a character.... *eye twitches*

nononononononononono, it's cool. You had to point it out for me to notice it. He keeps his holy symbol hidden 99.9999% of the time anyways, so no biggy.

-_- ... you are asking for it...

Justin Sluder wrote:

When you told me he wasn't a cleric of Asmodeus I thought it was some sort of "hidden hint" that he was, but you didn't wanted your PCs to know. That's why a "hid" it (much to well). In the begining I was trying to make the whole axe into a big "disguised" holy symbol, now I'm glad I didn't follow trough with that idea...

I can add Nethys Holy Symbol with no trouble at all. If you want it, I'll put it as a medallion. He's a cleric right?

Dark Archive

Hugo Solis wrote:

Yes, he's a 12th level gestalt cleric or nethys/fighter/rogue combo.

Only change the awesome you've done if you feel you must. I'm totally cool with Dagna as is.

Radik Aurel is sketched and inked and in the process of being colored. Quite fun, I haven't drawn a Dark Sun character in forever.

Note: The Steel Sisters don't look like what you portrayed here, so hopefully you'll forgive me for that.

Hugo - great job on these!

Thanks for the kind words.

Jason's PC will be ready tonight/tomorrow. A wizard with a fashion twist and turned from Mystra to Nethys. This one DO have scrolls!

What? No early posting to see it in b&w? ;)

By the way, since Hugo doesn't need a pic (right now at least), I'll do someone else's who hasn't had a chance yet.

That's no problem at all! I really wanted someone else's take on it- go with whatever you want!

A Poodlefrog or llamafrog if you please.

If you only knew what an utter and complete bastard he is....

Liberty's Edge

Not a Pathfinder character, but a 3.5 Edition fellow who is a personal fave:

Daghnaen DeGalt, Human Bard 9/fighter 2/Shadowdancer 3

6' tall, wiry build (pilates/yoga/swimmer)
shoulder length hair and a neatly trimmed mustache-goatee

Wears a fedora style hat and a half-cape with a collar.
Mighnight blue shirt and trousers
black leather cavalier-riding gloves
Thigh-high boots with over-turned tops

Musical instrument is a lute.
Fights with a longsword made entirely from ice (Icerazor, from 2e module, The Shattered Circle, and a dagger made from a dragon's fang (from the same advetnrue).

Thanks, BTW, I forgot one minor detail (this character is from a long-defunct campaign).

His instrument is a harp rather than a lute. The harp is made of onyx, inlaid with gold. At that point of the campaign, the harp was "loaned" to him by some devils in order to help defeat some demons. There was, of course, a price.

Anyhow, I'm anxious to see how he turns out.

Hey! The Llamafrog and Poodlefrog are PF characters!...bummer
