"If you mean that magical guy, yea, we saw him fly that way (points) and he was carrying someone who was injured. Batman's around? He's hurt? We should find him, if anybody knows what's going on around here it would be him. Oh, I'm not sure what your name was (looking at Skater). This guy bounces, I guess you knew that, what do you do (looks down at his feet to see if he has ice skates, roller skates, roller blades or some such foot wear on). "Don't know, I tried dropping magnetic discharges trying to get a response and I got electrocuted, I woke up over there a few minutes ago and have been trying to figure out where I was when the darkness sphere shrank and disappeared..." Skater replied pointing towards the building where he levitated out of.
"Supergirl," Skater turns to look at her,"Any idea who was behind that darkness sphere or who electrocuted me?" he asks her.

"Well we could shelter in the subbasement at least then we don't have to violate any of Bats regs on letting new people get access to the base since the subbasement's an older disused part of the original base Bats had built," Skater points out to Pong.

"But it will at least do as a temporary base until Bats gets in contact and best of all those bad guys won't know where we're heading," Skater pointed out.

"We'll head over to the old disused museum district, its development was shelved when work began on the new police station so we should be able to pass undetected I'll lead the way," Pong explained as he inflates his body and begins bouncing heading to the right and away from the burning police station even as Skater levitates himself.

"This is a backup facility in case we run into serious trouble, with Johnny hospitalised and Mechimera out of action we need to make sure we haven't lured anything back to our home base if they haven't already breached it, here we should be able to contact Bats and see what else is going on out there," Pong explains as he opens the door and then inflates before bouncing down the stairway or rather where the stairs should be as its clearly been demolished leaving a dark hole descending into the lower level that Pong bounces down.
Supergirl notices it has been conveniently been cleared of anything that looks like sharp debris but other than that it descends about 50' down and unlike the elevator has plenty of room to descend down into the basement...

Well, I consider it my duty to report what I saw; so I approach an officer and say:

I was at <give location> when I heard the wail of the banshee that rides the top of your emergency vehicles; but that was drowned out by the fireball and roar I heard above me. Over the rooftops flew a figure holding being who looked much like your famous Batman, thus chased by a trio of figures flying some mechanical flying disc and another figure sheeted in fire, a battle seemed to rage between them, I knew not who was whom and still do not. The vehicle pulled out some long tube device which fired twin long bullets with fins at the firey person. They missed and where they landed I do not know; much of the fires were started I believe by the Firey figure; I caused the storm to expell more water to quench the growing flames in the city; thus easing the work of your men; there is much rubble about as well which I believe came from this tussle. I flew in pursuit of the figures to see the figure holding what appeared to be the Batman hide behind a bridge; the firey figure this thus blast them and the bridge and much debree did fall upon them. At this time one woman; who dressed much like the colors of another cities famous hero; The Superman, came; she pursued the firey flyer; but I believe he got away; i sought those at the bridge and moved very large chunks of debree; but found naught.
At this time a cloaked figure arrived; and the girl who calls herself Supergirl; myself and the cloked figure did take a quick council; I did keep the rain up until I saw the fires greatly slacken; We as a group moved toward your what was your new gaurd station; police depot I believe it is called; and the place was engulfed in a intense magical darkness; thus, darkness holds no fear for one such as I; so I did enter and see thus another figure gloating over the wounded body of another person; presumably a hero; and did thus drop him from a great height, but I enterceded and caught the falling figure, gave him first aid; then took him to the hospital under the care of nurse Gustav Henriksen and Doctor Archie Morris; I lost track of the my companions and presume they are persuing the dread figure that stood atop the rubble of your gaurd station; I lost contact with them but expect they will return here to report as is their civic duty. Thus I will await them, I will help you search the rubble for survivors as I am far more able to assist than most.
