What's the new grappling hook mechanic?

Skills & Feats

Since Use Rope has been eliminated, how do you use a grappling hook now?

I don't know the official answer, but it seems like use rope has been rolled into what it is being used for. Tying someone up is escape artist, so maybe setting a grappling hook is climb?

Liberty's Edge

It could be an attack roll. That seems appropriate.

Maybe a ranged touch attack with a range increment of 10'

These are among the suggestions (interpretations?) going around:

I'm of the "diceless" route approach. Assuming the character is of at least rogue type combat table I just have them toss and climb. I'd rather make them suffer through more dramatic ways, although I'm not adverse towards giving them a complication or two once they're 100 feet off the ground :)
