Or as i mentioned in my characters background he recently recieved news that his mentor has yet to return, Mon Souk could be the one who delivered the news, whether we know one another or not.

You don't get any additional HP/skills/etc. for taking an ECL. You just take the XP hit for choosing a powerful template/race. (that template adds things, but I don't remember HPs getting added.)
What page is this template on so I can look it over? Because if you want the "template" (as described on page 70) it looks like it costs ECL +2 and it says you can add that after you gain enough XP to advance to level 2.

ECL is not an actual level, so no. You would get a retroactive con bonus for any real levels however.
Earning 1,000 xp then taking an ECL+2 makes you an ECL 3, not level 3. So you'll need enough xp to go from level 3 to 4 (-1000 you already earned) and can then take level 2. By the end of the adventure path you'll probably be only level 2 but an ECL 4.
You take the good with the bad, sure you'll be a bad ass level 1 Duskblade at level 1 when everyone else gains level 2, but your stuck there for quite some time.

Oh oops I don't have those books is that a prerequisite? But I suppose since I was brought up outside the village I would be a country born or a lone wolf since both of my parents were killed. I do not know what those benefits are though.

Your talking about the plus 2 con bonus granted at racial level 2 (ECL +2) so by the time you get that your still a level 1 but ECL 3 You'll be trailing by 2 levels minimum.
However, it's kinda moot, read on:

Had to re-read it again, I see now that the first level is free.
OK so you would be just +1 ECL. If you want to do thats fine, claws are easy to hide, and the only change physically.

The IC thread is where you want to make those roles, you can use the ooc tags for the dice rolls.
Don't make actual dice rolls in the OOC thread, as I may not see them when they are rolled.
Also most people make a new alias with their character names listed, as you haven't yet, or plan not to do that, could you somehow identify your character for easy reference? People are going to assume your name is actually Lord Viper.
Lastly, You made a roll to gather info, could you be specific on what your actions are in gathering info? If you trying to avoid people you wouldn't get word of mouth info obviously so that affects what info is gained.
What seer are you looking for? Is that in your history/background?
Also, could you link the actual roll so I can verify it? here is an example:

Mon Soul, if you want our characters to have a common background, I’ll need to know in what fashion.
The Elven woods where Mon Soul is from is where I intended for Valken to have gotten his training.

Mon Soul could be the messenger I mentioned with news of Valken’s mentor (whether or not if we know one another)
Mon Soul and Valken could have been from the same small village and Mon Soul could have gone to inform Valken of the events as well as inform of his mentor absents. It could be possible that Valken’s mentors disappearance has to do with the villages attack?

In the future please approve of sticking yourself into the plot as such:
This was not approved in your history, and in the future I need to make sure my plot matches up with your proposed plot.
No major harm done, but A heads up is needed if your going to do that in the future guys.
